Went to Maryhill branch for glasses. Shabby treatment and didnt get glasses for 2 weeks. The lenses were like milk bottles, so thick sticking way out of the frame, after i distinctly asked for them to be thinned down a good bit or i wouldnt accept them. I was shocked when i saw them. Although the staff did put on the order sheet for them to be thinned down, the second rate place they were sent to paid no attention to this and sent back ridiculous thick lenses which i refused to accept. To the next problem, i had the wrong prescription in both distance and reading glasses. for one eye in each, was blurred. A retest would be 2 weeks they said and i booked. But following day i got a phone call from them to say i would have to go elsewhere. So that was already 4 weeks wasted and still no glasses. Now they wanted to wash their hands with me because of their own incompetence, just because i complained about the thick lenses, which i have every right to. No cheek or nothing, i was polite. These people couldnt care less about your eyes and will do everything to suit them and not you. AVOID this lot if you value your eyesight.

très professionnel pour les examens fonctionnels ou je suis mécontente c'est d'avoir eux deux ophtalmologues différents . Le docteur BOUVAREL , très professionnel et gentil tandis que la seconde le docteur STAICU est sans cœur, froide, culpabilise les gens, après on s'étonne d'être stresser et agressive
pourquoi prendre 2 médecins différents alors que le premier était parfait. On attend d'un medecin d'être gentil et non une peste

I visited France and broke a spectacle bar on my glasses-bought in Denmark. The kind and proffessionel staff at Vision plus in Dole found a bar and mounted it within minutes.
All free of charge.
I did not expect this level of service!
