Over the past few months, I’ve ordered approximately five photo books and found the overall quality to be average. The most recent book had visible marks and poor binding; although it was replaced, the replacement had similar issues, albeit less pronounced. A refund was ultimately issued.

My complaint was handled by an individual identifying themselves as “Princess Karen,” which did little to inspire confidence in the company’s professionalism.

I needed to make a urgent change to my order and the team were super helpful. They got back to me within 12 hours from sending a message - which I was so thankful for, but Mitzi went above and beyond and got my order changed and rearranged for the updated products to be sent out. No back and forth needed, she saw the requested change I asked for and got straight onto it.

without Louie Christian, the problem would not have been sorted in the short time frame we had, well done.

I've been a long time customer of Vistaprint ordering things for my small business. I uploaded a new design for a business card. It was not loading properly so that there would be no white edging showing. So, I paid $10 to have their designer fix this. I was told by the person who steered me to have their designer do this for me that I would get a copy of the card once it was completed. THEY LIED!!!

I have filed an official complaint with their senior leadership and the only response I get is a PDF with images of the card with a big watermark across the front which is not what I asked for. I was planning on placing a large order with them but now I am at a point where I will never do business with them again if they do not refund my money. The charge was only $10 but it is not about the $10. It is about the lie they told me to get them to do this and the fact that now I still do not have business cards on order. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card if they do not refund my money~!

I will go with someone else. There are PLENTY of companies out there I can take my business elsewhere!

Great customer service from Louie today, simply outstanding. It's been a long time since I received such professional helpful advice. He went above and beyond and is a credit to Vistaprint.

Until this week, my experience with Vistaprint has been completely great. I designed a t shirt, followed the instructions and with no explanation have had it cancelled.

The first time, they stated their was something wrong with my debit card. Tried again, made sure their was enough money and still the same result, cancelled.

I purchased a "Large drawstring bag" on vista print and it arrived and was incorrect size, colour and material.

I received a drawstring bag that is 65x45 and on the website it says 67x47.

I contacted vista print and they said they would send a replacement that would be correct

I received the replacement and it was the exact same product i received originally

The photo on the website is not the same as what i received in terms of the colour and size.

I hope no one can experience these issues as vista print would not send the correct product, extremely upsetting and misleading

I ordered two items with a picture to be printed on, a mug that arrived very quick, and a T Shirt that didn’t arrive at all and when I asked where it was they sent me an email claiming that I had cancelled the order and so far no sign of a refund.
VERY BAD COMMUNICATION FROM THIS COMPANY

Working with Raplh (Customer Care Supervisor) was great from start to finish. Fully transparent, explained everything and the options I had to make a bulk order of calendars in A3 and A4 sizes. Getting the calendars at an affordable cost for customers is one of the many reasons I will shop with Vistaprint again for all of my office supply necessities.

Ralph was easy to work with carefully explaining options, issues that arose and a solution hassle-free everytime. I would highly recommend vistaprint to anyone scouting by for the products and services they sell. Customer support alone is exceptional!

As for the calendars themselves, outstanding quality, very professional looking, quality is crisp. **Note: the picture quality you submit is the quality you get back, make sure YOUR photos are the best possible resolution/quality you can get and you won't be disappointed** Even blown up into the A3 print calendars the clarity and print is remarkable. I look forward to making another batch next mid year, unfortunately we have to wait till then!

Beautiful wedding invitations. The linen feels is lovely and much better quality than I expected for the price. Faster delivery than I expected too. I would definitely use them again.

Vistaprint have been amazing! I messed up an order and they were super quick to sort it out. Hardly any back and forth, just straight to the point and genuinely helpful. It honestly felt like they cared, which is rare these days. Such a positive experience, will never use another printing company!
