The hearing aids didn’t help my mother I rang to find out how I could send them back and they wouldn’t speak to me because they had been ordered for my mother and could only speak to her even though I explained she is completely deaf and can’t hear on the phone they wouldn’t have anything to do with me even I explained I was the one who ordered them for her completely disgusting way to do business
Ordered the Sonorizon hearing aid on Monday this week paid for next day delivery only to find a delay email from DHL goods arrived a day late, no fault of Vitadora.
Really happy with the build quality and sound from these buds, does exactly what is says on the box.
There was no way I was going to use the free NHS aid as it’s just to bulky, so for £150 approx these are a discreet wear and are comfortable to wear at a fraction of the cost of a pair from specsavers who quoted me £2100, no brainer as I don’t need bells and whistles with Bluetooth etc
Terrible experience. Delay after delay, excuse after excuse. Parcel never arrived despite numerous promises from customer service. Finally got a refund. Avoid
From Vitadora I bought DR-HO’S MotionCiser Leg and Foot Massager and because I did not expect that it would be unsuitable for me I also bought 2 year extended warranty. Unfortunately the shape of the massager was causing my feet slipping from it making my legs more nad not less tense so I returned the product. I had to pay for the return myself so it was already a loss but was promised the refund for both products so I wasn't too unhappy about it. Unfortunately the refund was never made and now I have to chase Vitadora through PayPal which takes a lot of my time and I am definitely not happy with them now.
This deserves a zero star but that’s not an option unfortunately! I purchased a motionciser with upgrade to include arm attachments from vitadora. It arrived with the outer box sealed but the item box unsealed. 2 items were missing and the item look previously used. It wasn’t packed properly and the plug was unraveled and loose in the box. When I tested it, it had no heat and nothing but a rapid vibration before cutting out. I tried a couple more times with the same thing happening before it then tripped my house fuse box! Obviously had an electrical fault but customer service were slow to respond. Eventually they insisted I had to use again to provide a video which I refused due to electrical safety. They also said the item does not in fact simulate walking motion like the description! They then said they would arrange a collection for an exchange but given the poor customer service and state of product received and not as per description, I said I wanted a refund. On collection day my regular postman turned up to collect a “small” parcel and did not have any details or tracking as to where parcel was going! He couldn’t take due to it’s size so I contacted customer service again but absolutely no further response from them! Appalling customer service and would not recommend to anyone
