From the quality products to the customer service, this company is absolutely amazing.
Customer service goes above and beyond to help. Deborah was so incredible in helping me with an enquiry and ensuring things were resolved quickly. Even went as far as reaching out to me via phone so things could get resolved quicker. I've honestly never experienced online customer service this impeccably efficient. Thanks again Deborah!!
Great company, which I will continue to use again & again & again.

Personal advice.
The best thing about ordering from Vitality is you can actually speak to someone on the phone before, they give you advice about what product might help, and delivery information, so everything is clear.

Variables
We have been ordering from Vitality for the past few months. Customer Service has been friendly, informative and useful.
Delivery has been immediate, with ergonomic packaging and efficient.
Product itself, very good quality. What you do with it is up to you, enormous number of variables so of course, it is impossible to say it will do ABCD.
The only feedback is I would like more leaflet information, perhaps a £1.00 leaflet added to order to give an education, insight and practical information.

Horrible service
Horrible service. I ordered next day on Wednesday and it's coming Monday. Can't get in touch with anyone to refund my order. It wouldn't be so bad but when they force you to get next day delivery too.

Antwoord van Vitality CBD
Hi John, sorry you are disappointed with the service. Our team replied to you both on email and the chat service when you raised this directly with us.
As explained, the order was placed on Wednesday evening and therefore sent on Thursday, for delivery on Friday (next day). The courier attempted delivery on Friday and did not get an answer. It was therefore left at a local pick-up point for your convenience and the courier sent you a notification.
Based on this I feel that you have received the service that we promise, certainly to the best of our ability. Please get back in contact if we can be of any further help, Team Vitality
Reliable and efficient
Website easy to use, wide range of products and delivery time really good.
Much easier then trying to find a physical store that stocks the product I want!
