Absolutely amazing service! I have been recommending this to family and friends. Very fast delivery, I then posted it on Wednesday morning and had my results by Thursday evening! I am now taking Folic acid as had no idea my levels were so low, which caused all the “lovely” symptoms I’ve been having.

Speed of delivery and accessibility although the collection tube for the blood test is tiny

very fast delivery of blood test and results, and straight forward to use, however i received the directions via email- 3 seperate emails, 12 hours apart each, the last of which delivered after the package containing the test.

I went Vitall by referral from care oncology clinic. The service was impeccable. I filled the request for a blood test online and immediately received the form with the request details online and had to go print it and immediately went to The Doctors Laboratory and had the blood withdrawn and I got the results online in my account the same day after 4 hours only. I have never got blood results finish that fast even if I was admitted in a hospital. Great fast and very efficient service and I recommend it for everyone.

The test came quickly in the post. The instructions were clear. I was notified when the sample was received in the lab. The results were swift.

Fast delivery. Very responsive staff. Unbelievably quick results, within 5 hours of them receiving my test! Gave me more of an understanding into my hormones than I did before. It put my mind at ease in some aspects. Will be investigating further with my GP for future fertility. Thank you.

It took ages to get result

I work in a lab in the NHS and know the ins and outs of how these tests go and I'm really happy to say that Vitall's turnaround time, equipment for taking my own blood and most of all communication were all incredible. Getting updates on things like when my sample arrived at the lab, how long the test would generally take, and what next steps to take after the test was completed are all things I wish we could offer in the NHS, it would certainly reduce the amount of phone calls I get each day.
