Richard delivered a great training experience for our team for Basic Life Support with Medical Emergency. The session had great energy and he made the team feel at ease. It was engaging and interactive which made it easier for all to understand and not to be scared of it.
Great communication organising the event also. We are booking again!

We have worked with Vital Workplace for a year now. They come into the office and provide clear, thorough courses with excellent input that helps you focus on the environment you work in. The training is tailored to your workplace and focused on demonstrating and developing your understanding and overall knowledge.

Great first aid course, very much enjoyed it. Trainer Dan was excellent.

I attended 2 courses led by Dan, i was quite happy as professionally delivered, with expertise on both days. This also made the group interact and was delivered excellently.

An excellent Emergency First Aid course today in Coggeshall. Dan led the course brilliantly and made everything so relevant and interesting. A good mixture of information and practical learning. I would definitely recommend training with Vital Workplace Training.

We had an amazing experience working with Vital Workplace Training. Both Richard and Dan are extremely professional and incredibly helpful at accomodating requests, especially for those with large teams where matching availability can be really difficult.

The delivery we received from Dan was absolutely top tier. Not only did he deliver an abundance of information that we hadn't received from previous first aid courses in the past, but his demeanour when delivering is remarkable. He balances professionality and authenticity incredibly well and flicks between tutor mode, and what I like to call 'staff' mode where he feels like another member of our team. This is incredibly rare and just goes to show how skilled he is at what he does, and how passionate he is about ensuring his clients receive the best service that is tailored to them and the nature of their staffing team which in our case is a crazy bunch of predominantly young people (couldn't have been easy).

Dan's fire training session was interactive, informative and engaging.

Dan came to deliver fire training at our care home. He was very engaging and explained things in a way that all staff were able to understand. He gave us the space to familiarise ourselves with all the fire evacuating equipment. We really enjoyed the course and for me was very thought provoking.
