Overall, I am very pleased with the company and medication as I have lost 25 pounds. I have not been able to lose any weight for several years until now.
I highly recommend this company and the Tirzepatide medication they prescribe. They are fast shipping and easy to work with.

I have canceled my Vitastir subscription because of a two week wait from my cc being charged and still not receiving my rx. I’ve emailed and called and email responses are not timely or accurate. I have all the emails I’ve sent requesting updates on a shipment and yet I’m still being questioned about confirmation of my order. This is insanity. My cc was charged $421 two weeks ago and still no product, with AI generated emails that are basically useless. This was my fifth month with Vitastir and I had been pleased up to this point. I have now missed a week’s dose and am getting radio silence from their customer support. I have to now dispute this charge with my bank. They took $421 and I guess feel no responsibility to ship or even respond properly to me. When my cc# had changed a few months ago they called me and quickly got new information to process a payment so I know they have the ability to call me directly about this issue. They’re just not doing it and now I have no meds and lost hundreds of dollars.

If I could give them zero stars I would! Horrible customer service experience. Nobody answers the phones. Nobody responded to my emails requesting cancellation. I placed an order, then realized shortly thereafter that the shipment would come when we are gone on vacation. I immediately emailed to request cancellation. I placed several phone calls, which were not returned by anyone. I sent several emails to request cancellation, none were returned. I also started the chat with a nurse feature, which they suggest, two times, and was never replied to. Finally today someone emailed me at 2 AM to say the order could not be canceled. At 7 AM I received a shipping notification. Clearly they could have canceled the order since it had not been shipped yet. This is a complete scam!

No problem with fast shipping or product but I checked the box that said one time purchase and 3 weeks later, I received an email that another bottle was being sent. Before they shipped it, I contacted them that I didn't want it and they sent it anyway. Customer service was not only very rude but unprofessional and refused to split the cost with me, which would have been a fair compromise.

The product was shipped quickly and works well for me. HOWEVER I have attempted to contact them 4 times for
additional information and I not received any response or acknowledgement.

The lack of communication is mind boggling. Do not trust this company. All I wanted was vitamins and got the run around once I submitted payment.
