What Happened to Vitauthority?

I have used Vitauthority for a long time and had been pretty happy with their products but the quality of service and issues with shipping my products has become a BIG ISSUE. My subscription had three items in it, so you would think being a PROFESSIONAL COMPANY that when it came time to ship that if some of the products were out of stock a customer service representative would reach out and let me know and possibly ask for a replacement option or even send an email, but NO, they just ship one item charge shipping and keep it moving. So I cancel my subscription. A week later they send me a BOGO special, so I ordered the Multi Collagen Burn BOGO which came with a free shaker cup and travel packet. It gets delivered today and the invoice says THREE ITEMS, ONE Multi Collagen Burn, the shaker cup and travel pack. So here I go again, emailed them for another messed up order, I did get an email back within 24 hours, offering an apology and requesting a photo of the order I received along with the receipt. I had no problem providing it as it CLEARLY stated 3 items, but I am just tired of having to do this with this company. There is obviously some kind of disconnect going on between ordering and shipping and I just need to know I can trust a company. They did send out the missing item, thus 3 stars instead of 2 and I appreciate the quick response as well. However, the service and quality of the company has seriously went downhill.. I would recommend trying a better managed company who values their customers.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!! I placed the order for Multi Collagen Burn Powder - Offer - Unflavored for 38.52$ They shipped an envelope with an empty plastic bottle and no product that I purchased. Sending an empty plastic bottle they got a tracking number so it is hard to prove that the product has never been shipped. When contacted about the missing product, they kept walking in circles and sending the same tracking number. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT TRUST SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

BAD BAD customer service

I've been using the unflavoured collagen powder for a long time. Love the product, especially how it dissolves in my morning coffee. However, I have found out the hard way that the customer service is non existent. I opened my brand new container which is clearly labelled as unflavored only to discover when adding to my coffee that it is one of the sweet fruity flavored products. Multiple messages later, I have either received no reply or an automated reply offering no solution. I'm on the hunt for a new collagen powder after this experience.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service!
First I was double charged on an order, then waited a month for product to ship only to have USPS return to sender because they had the address incorrect.( Not even sure if that true). Want $10 more to reship it. Hell no. Never again. No product is worth this aggravation. If this is how they treat consumers, i have little hope that its made well.

If a duplicate charge occurred, that is not standard practice, and we would want to review it immediately. In many cases, what appears as a “double charge” is a temporary authorization hold that automatically drops off, but we are happy to verify the details.

Regarding returned shipments, when a carrier marks a package “Return to Sender” due to an address issue, it is processed according to USPS guidelines. Reshipment fees reflect carrier costs once an order has already been fulfilled and dispatched.

Doesn’t work at all!

I regret that these products don't live up to their claims and that I couldn't get a refund. The 60-day period is from the order date, not the delivery date, as I had originally assumed.

“ If you are unsatisfied with our product, or if it arrives damaged, you may return the unused portion sixty (60) days from the order date for a refund minus a 15% return processing fee.”

Do not wasted your money, please. I don't lose any weight or have less cellulite like they claim.
