I purchased a pair of Vittoria Pista Speed tubulars expecting the highest level of quality and reliability, given their reputation as one of the premium track racing tyres on the market.

Unfortunately, one of the tyres suffered a mechanical failure, which is extremely disappointing for a handmade tyre designed for elite-level racing. Preparing and gluing tubular tyres is a time-consuming process, so when a tyre fails due to what appears to be a manufacturing issue, it's not just the cost of the tyre that's affected—it also means lost time and confidence in the product.

I submitted a warranty claim to Vittoria over two weeks ago and, despite sending all the requested information, I have received no response. The lack of customer support is just as disappointing as the tyre failure itself. There doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone directly, leaving customers waiting indefinitely for an email response.

Premium products should be backed by premium customer service. I hope Vittoria improves both the quality control of its products and the responsiveness of its warranty process.

Shocking quality of tyres near impossible to change extremely dissatisfied and won't ever be purchasing this companies tyres again, any other company's tyres just slide right on yet vittorias is a battle for the ages.

Dear Vittoria, why o why do you only make 29 inch mtb tires. I was looking for mezcal 26 x 2.25 inch tires but it's hopeless. So, Schwalbe it is!!!

Vedete mio rapporto precedente. Hanno risposto sostenendo che la forcella Fox ha blocco conforme e dando disponibilità per un terzo intervento inviando la forcella direttamente alla casa madre, o risolutivo cambiando la cartuccia ma a mie spese seppur con sconto. Avevano scritto erroneamente che il blocco era conforme anche dopo il loro primo intervento in cui la forcella (nuova) è entrata e uscita con totale assenza di blocco. Penso quindi che non valga la pena insistere e debbo purtroppo accontentarmi.

bought Vittoria team black wheelset quoted weight 1495gms - actual weight 1785gms, this puts the wheels in a totally different class and not as described.
Expect variations but that is ridiculous.

An avid cycling fanatic, I have used and purchased good brand name tires. I'm been using Vittoria mtb tires--goma, mezcal, saguaro, barzo and peyote the past year. It has good quality and durable . I ride mostly on hot and humid climate here in Bahrain.... On sandy, loose soil and rocky terrain and sometime on asphalt roads. What makes it stand out amongst the other tires is That I've noticed is more fast rolling and have good grip on and off road. Good design as well.

Tramite il mio negozio si fiducia dove ho comprato la bici , ho mandato la mia forcella fox in assistenza per una revisione dopo un anno di utilizzo.... dopo aver pagato più di 150 euro la forcella ha avuto solo problemi... mandata da un' altro centro mi e' tornata perfettamente funzionante
