I have paid for a subscription, sadly everything I try to do just comes out crazy. AI is the future? I was worried about AI, now I know it is a joke, a bubble that will burst, it comes up with some weird stuff. I put a picture of me and my wife in, I end up with two men kissing and my wife riding my bike away? I just tried another, very basic command, and what i got was off the scale! Get out of here! Avoid!

The website "Lbas Bey" has nice things.

If possible a negativ star. I have used the same prompt description and the same 5 photos five times before. Suddenly it is against their rules. Have written to them, but of course haven't received a reply. American mess. The download is a disaster. I have been waiting for over 2 hours every time.

I contact vivago.ai almost 3 times a week in regards to server congestion issues and my account being debited for images not produced, and you get told a video will be produced within 4 minutes, only to find 3-5 hours later still no results. I'm moving on after I have used all my current credits. They present a facia of a Ferrari but what is under the hood is a Model T Ford that is constantly misfiring and burning oil.

This site is a rip off. Try getting support which is non -existent. The algorithm is set to deduct costs per image generations as soon as you select "Generation", and I've seen several instances where I'm debited for images that never even get created due to site congestion or glitches . A ridiculous way to do business and very disrepectful of those that entrusted to do business with! Avoid: vivago.ai is the best advice I could suggest!

Absolutely awful
Liars and thrives I had an email saying it takes 45 days to respond it’s been 90 days
2 staff I have on record saying that they have taken 90 days and they were discusted how I’ve been treated
Please please don’t use this company they are also being legally investigated look on Google

I sold tickets through Vivago and initially, everything seemed to go smoothly. However, more than 24 hours later — after the event had already taken place — I received a message stating that I wouldn’t be paid due to unspecified "issues with the buyer."

This type of issue should have been addressed at the time of purchase, not after the event, when it was too late for me to resell the tickets. I reached out to Vivago’s customer service for support, but not only were they completely unhelpful, they also abruptly ended the conversation without my consent once the discussion became inconvenient for them.

This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be using this platform again!

Well, this is almost a scam than any real website. First of all, it is not free and one need to provide credit card. Then supposed to get trial credits but ended up getting charged 30

Unauthorized charge – no response from support

I was charged $180 (652,496.76 MNT) by Vivago.ai on June 20, 2025, without my consent or prior notice. I did not knowingly subscribe to any paid service. Despite sending several refund requests with proof, I have received no response at all.

If you’re considering using this platform, please be extremely cautious. The lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable. I will be reporting this to relevant consumer and financial protection agencies.

After entering credit card info 100% correctly to start the trial it told me "We are unable to authenticate your payment method. Please choose a different payment method and try again."
My credit card company said the request was from Hong Kong and they suspect fraud. I blocked my credit card.

Stop wasting peoples time typing in things and then redirect them to pay. After paying they have to rewrite it again! That's how you DO NOT gain a good reputation. You are welcome.

Terrible generator overall.

Apres 3 mois d'inscription chez eux, subitement impossible de m'y connecter, je n'existais plus. j'ai envoyé des messages et rien. le problème c'est qu'ils ont continué à encaisser 25€, 2 mois... j'ai réussi à faire annuler mon compte mais pas de nouvelles d'eux... C'est pas très sérieux tout çà...

First seemed ok but giving permission to phone damaged my phone started receiving tons of spam calls and messages I couldn't access my phone for awhile I had to delete tried to reinstall my phone is not allowing me reinstall to see if that fixed the problem however my the spam has all of a sudden stops 😱

Don't even bother with these people's app or their service in general They're literally pathetic ignorant toxic people who literally censor people's freedom of art and expression You used to be able to use their service to do anything make marijuana music album covers for songs like I do because I make rendition songs of popular songs but as marijuana songs and no I can't do that no more These dummies who own this site literally just sit there changing everything and ruining their service to make the AI say I'm sorry that's two sensitive it's violating our terms You can literally even ask the most simplest thing Can I have a picture of a cat and they'll literally claim it's sensitive Don't waste your time on these people They're garbage They're quick to take money from you but they don't like to acknowledge that their service is garbage.

Asked for and image of a cat and it says sensitive content can't generate....
Plus video generations fails many times cuz of server failure

Not worth the money at all

very bad service no buy premium, if you pro version you have to wait only for 1 video create 3 hours or more. I bought it and its very long wait better to subscribe another website
