I have been using Vivarays for 2 years now and they are absolutely amazing!!!! My Glo frames started separating. I contacted Vivarays and they shipped me a complimentary frame! I have both the Glo and Sol frames with the magnetic clip on and I love them.

My husband and I have been wearing VivaRays every evening for several years, and I genuinely wouldn't bother if they didn't make such a noticeable difference. I originally bought them because I was having sleep difficulties. It didn't take very long to see the difference. With consistent use, I was sleeping better and experiencing other positive benefits. They're now a part of our nightly routine.

I chose the wooden frames, and considering they've been worn daily for years, they've held up incredibly well. They're lightweight, comfortable, and beautifully made. The feeling of wood on your skin is so pleasant and I love this option.

I also had the pleasure of dealing with Raine from customer service who was absolutely wonderful, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in helping. It's refreshing to find a company that clearly stands behind what they make. VivaRays quality is top notch and the company's standards are second to none.

There was a snafu but VivaRays made it right! My new glasses are amazing and way better than an old generic pair, my eyes can see and feel the difference. It's amazing what the right blue blocking glasses can do for your productivity and mood. I highly recommend these.

I’ve suffered from insomnia for many years and tried everything under the sun. Someone recommended Vivarays and I’m so thankful I found this product! One of the ear pieces had broken on my VivaRays - they are prescription, and I wore them about 14 hours a day! I emailed to ask if it could be fixed. Raine very quickly replied that it could not, but I was pleased to hear it was covered by the warranty since it was just within one year since my purchase. My lenses were undamaged and can be easily transferred to the new frames. Also, I had lost one of my "clip-ons"and was able to purchase a replacement at the same time. The replacements came REALLY quickly! I am very pleased.

Vivarays customer service it top notch! I lost my old pair of Vivarays, so ordered some new ones. I didn't like the frame, so exchanged them for another pair. The customer service was the best I have experienced. Not only did they do the exchange, but they sent me a shipping label. I love Vivarays and would recommend them to everyone!

L’expérience avec Vivarays m’a amené à traverser des difficultés liées à une erreure que j’ai commise pendant la commande (je voulais des verres sans correction et j’ai commandé des verres avec correction sans donner de correction, ce que leur site devrait empêcher de pouvoir faire), et avec la livraison d’un des colis (il a été bloqué à la douane). Dans ces difficultés, j’a très bien été accompagnée par une personne qui a su m’informer tout le long et trouver des solutions efficaces. Tout a été résolu et j’ai obtenu satisfaction à la fin. Avec du recul je pense qu’ils ont un service client exeptionnel.

I'd owned my sunglasses for about a year and kept running into the same problem. I couldn't get them to sit straight, even after several visits to my local eyeglass store. I finally reached out to the company, honestly not expecting much since I was already outside the one-year warranty.
They honored it anyway, and then some. The email communication was next level from start to finish. At one point I even got my own request wrong, and instead of making me jump through hoops, they responded generously and replaced my pair.
I'm grateful for their service, their mission, and the joy with which they do everything. Highly recommend.

He truly brings together heart and mind together. His product is the culmination of both wisdom and knowledge and does what is actually advertised.

The original complicated prescription glasses didn’t fit well, but at the first mentioning the customer support team (Raine) went above and beyond what was necessary to overcome the issues as quickly as possible and reach mu complete satisfaction.
Kudos to the responsible and reasonable team from the circadian glasses manufacturer who delivers the only 4-in-1 magnetic glasses which provide the best available protection from unbalanced artificial blue light on the market!

A very good brand that not only helps you daily with their Vivarays glasses, but also teaches you about the importance of light. From Vivarays ive learned a lot about light and their product really plays a key role in my daily life. I work a lot on screen so their glasses helps a lot from blue light and reducing eye strain. Really recommend Vivarays to you thats reading :)

From the moment I opened the package, you could tell this wasn’t a typical product. The attention to detail in the packaging, messaging, and included accessories all felt intentional and high quality. The glasses themselves are solid, well-built, and clearly designed to last. Not flimsy, not cheap, just dialed.

Most importantly, the lenses actually work. You can feel the difference. If you care at all about light hygiene, this is not optional, it’s foundational.

What really set them apart, though, was the customer experience.

I initially ordered the 2-in-1 but realized I needed the 3-in-1. When I reached out, fully expecting a standard exchange process and to pay the difference, their team went above and beyond. They shipped my new pair out before I even returned the original, so I was never without them. That’s rare. That’s how you build loyalty.

Bottom line, exceptional product and exceptional service. I’ll absolutely be ordering again and recommending them to anyone serious about improving their environment and overall health.

I have been wanting these glasses for a long time and was finally able to purchase them. Not only is the product amazing, the customer service is incredible. Truly the most kind, understanding and authentic customer service interaction I have ever had.

The only brand that mimicks the colors of the sun to bring it back into your eyes when you are indoors! They stay firmly on my face and are very fashionable. I love the clip on lens feature as well
