Genuinely brutal service. Apparently you need to sign up using gmail. I signed up using iCloud couldn’t withdraw and get my promotion finally swapped to Gmail. Got my free bets won 170 and now having trouble withdrawing. Says I need a google authenticator code but wasn’t even set up in the first place. Then I was told this was removed from my account which it very clearly wasn’t and am still having trouble withdrawing. Apparently passed on o so called tech team with no timeline.

They've lied and prolonged withdrawal process for my partner for 2 days currently. A lucky win on a free bet is all it took for them to take 'security' measure checks even tho account is fully verified and all documents in order. Avoid at all cost they only want your money !

This site simply cannot be trusted. It’s a scam site, they do not reward bonus, they do offer promotions, it’s constant lies, even when screenshots are provided they still lie, I caught Ian out with lies he told me this morning, sent his the screenshot of the lies, and he told me to withdraw funds and close the account, which I’ll do. 100% do not trust. 100% a scam company

Opened an account, made 1400 profit and now want to withdraw my balance. Was informed I needed to provide bank statement and Id, provided that and was informed I could now withdraw. Am still unable to withdraw my funds, saying on site I need to provided documents but I have already done this. My emails are now getting ignored.

DO NOT USE, All the odds are manufactured, the site lags in general, slots and casino are a joke, take take take, leaves you place a bet on games that would have finished,they don't give you the proper bonus stated on their page, it's just another one of those non regulated sites that should be taken down immediately if the gambling commissioner got hold of them

App is not user friendly. Easy to deposit but when you need to withdraw you need to send them a bank statement ! Which is a lot of hassle and unlike other bookies. Never got credited the welcome bonus. Customer service made excuses about it not taking my original email address (which was updated upon registration). I am a customer of this company. At first, I fully verified my account. Some time after my balance increased, I was told to send them my Skrill e-wallet transaction history for the past 3 months. I sent it to them right away. Then they sent me a letter saying that I had to send them confirmation of where the funds that I deposited into my Vivatbet account came from, and I sent them a more detailed statement from my e-wallet showing the winnings from other bookmakers before I made my deposit into my account with their company. These winnings fully cover the amount of my deposit with their company and completely confirm the origin of the funds I deposited into my account. I also sent them my bank statement (which they also requested), and it has been about a week since I last sent them an email, and no one has responded. This means that I have been unable to get my money for over a month, even though I have provided complete and accurate information.

I still can't withdraw my money. The responses I get from them (and they don't reply to all messages) are:

They do not respond to my request to indicate the time frame for their review, although they should indicate the time frame and the reason for such a lengthy review.

yeah they are a scam and the good reviews here are bots , there is no welcome bonus , i signed up put in 10 meant to get 40 thats ther main advertisment , Ian the live chat agent says because you didnt verify email and phone number we cant add it , a system error of theres they never emailed me as they cant send emails to icloud addresses , this is dodgy behaviour there not legitimate , better i knew now instead of 500 euro deep in deposits tho ! stay away

Spent a fortune won nothing, stay clear of this site

Complete scam. Signed up to a welcome offer, placed qualifying bet. Then got prompted to verify. Verified account. Bonus never got added. Then proceeded to tell me i had to wait 4 days as “marketing” team doesn’t work weekends. Support have no ability to do anything. Raised issue on a Friday. Sunday now bonus still not added. Refused to do anything. “Reached out” to relevant team despite them not working. Refused me adr information and manager request. Complete scam. All 5 star reviews are fake. 4 days later no email. Support are limited. Background teams non existent. They are complete phonies. Don’t sign up.

Everything below is false. They took days to resolve even a minor issue. 4 days to reopen the account. Incredibly slow processes. Added the wrong bonus, and then refused to compensate for all the issues. Customer support is really bad. Only 1-2 competent agents on entire site.
