Chimney repairs
Two guys came to do the repairs on the chimney, they did an excellent job & were very polite. They completed the job & cleaned up after themselves!

They've ACTUALLY Made the Problem Worse.
Our Intercom hasn't been working since 24/03/2026.
The Intercom would Advise Busy at the Door Entry and Would Only Ring Once inside.
Now after Apparently Fixing it today 21/04/2026
It just Beeps downstairs with no Ring and Absolutely Nothin Coming Through Indside, Just a Blank Screen.

So still have no idea we're the drain cover is.Previous tenants layed shoddy block paving.Drainage company visited but we're unable to locate the issue.As we can see that there is a rat issue.Maybe we should contact the environmental heath and see if they can help us with the ongoing issue.Appalling service.😔

Very poor at repairs
Plastic cistern split they said it was an emergency came out same day but didn't have time to repair said it would be fixed on Monday. Plumber never turned up on the Monday now they are saying 29th April 13 days to fix an emergency. I also have outstanding damp and mould repairs fron 2021/22 that they have just forgot about.

Sent two work colleagues that nee exactly what they were doing- fitting new glass in all my windows,frm start to finish thorough, lean and respectful,and wore feet coverings while in my property,all Vivid workers should do this,thankyou to both work colleagues
Communication
There seems to be no communication between Vivid and the company they sub contract to do repairs, twice they have turned up when we have told them we were away despite telling them this, and once they turned up unexpected and fortunately we were in.
It’s still taken over four months to replace a leaking shower, though in fairness the actual leak was fixed in a few weeks which still required a dehumidifier to dry out the bedroom after the leak had soaked the carpet and caused the kitchen ceiling to start dripping. Only one of the several plumbers who have turned up seemed to know what to do but was hindered by the fact a replacement shower hadn’t been ordered. Really really frustrating and I am only writing this because I’ve been asked to submit a review about the recent repair, well nothing has been done because we were away and I’m surprised they don’t know that. Hopefully I can submit a more positive review when something is eventually fixed 🤞 don’t hold your breath.
