My partner and I have ordered from Vivimu going on about 2-3 years i believe and they are always so fantastic to deal with their orders are very punctual get shipped out fairly quickly after putting in an order and customer service is always fantastic! The few times our orders were delayed or had issues they were not the fault of the vivmu and usually the shipping company was to blame and yet Vivimu would still include extra goodies without a single complaint on my end ! The customer service from Vivimu is amazing would highly recommend !

Excellent quality product. I got some diamonds, and they are SOME OF the best I've had. They are quite dense, and the clarity is beautiful, looking like pure calcite crystals, haha. Customer service is very good too. Bret seems like a very legit dude in my opinion, as he helped me with my stuff personally. They do top notch work, so if you get anything from them, you're going to get a good quality product, no matter what it is.
