VIVO and IPhone are the only Genuine mobile Companies that actually build durable, fast and excellent OS, smooth operation, genuine camera picture quality not just putting pixels like other companies, Vivo and iphone always provide long time working phones that remains with us throughout our life with no degradation or decrease in any quality whether it is functioning or feature, they always remains the same.
Only VIVO and IPHONE are TRUSTWORTHY
Other mobile brands are only providing temporary and short term good functioning phones, they only use to show glamour but not providing the actual and long lasting devices, its only their business to earn by making fool that MANY PEOPLES ARE SUFFERING FROM and YOU MY BROTHER, YOU CAN ALSO BE ONE OF THEM

Latest Funtouch OS update is WORST. It made all widgets completely unusable and ruined the calls app by making Favorites the smallest part of the UI with no possibility to resize it. Their customer service is also completely pathetic. They claim I am using a third-party launcher even after I sent them a screen recording confirming otherwise. Their instructions are: do not install custom icons, custom fonts, custom themes, third-party launchers, do not resize the font, do not resize the icons. Basically, do not customize the smartphone in any way, shape or form. Okay, I set a default theme with a default font style and size, uninstall the custom incon pack I downloaded through the phone settings - basically, every single thing is set to default. And guess what - my widgets are still messed up. Their customer service does not even know how their own Funtouch UI looks like, and blames everything on a user instead of accepting the blame for their messed-up system update and offering solutions. I will NEVER use any of the Vivo products again, worst company ever.

Téléphone de crotte (pour être poli). Même pas un an téléphone HS refus de prise en charge. On m’a dit clairement que c’est suite à une chute ! Sans trace de cassure honnêtement ça casse les pieds (toujours sans être vulgaire).
Je déconseille VIVO que ce soit un téléphone abordable ou plus chère.

Well, the shoe only comes in whole sizes. I ordered a 10. I ordered and received a pair of size 10 US primus trail flow mid's. Shoes seem good quality but were huge. Well more than a US 10. When I tried to contact the company, I found that you cannot exchange the shoes in the US or any country I've heard of! When I contacted customer support, I received one e-mail 5 days later asking for my address for security reasons. Since then , nothing! Maybe they make good shoes but there customer service must live in Vega!

Es gibt jedoch faktisch GAR KEINEN Kundenservice für EU-Bürger. Sie haben keine Ansprüche und 1000 € sind schnell mal einfach weg.

Ich dachte Xiaomi und Samsung hätten nachgelassen, aber.. hier gibt es auf Nachfragen GAR KEINE Antwort. Vivo ignoriert jegliche Anfragen.

Contento di rivedere la mia valutazione, il servizio clienti risponde velocemente e si dà da fare per trovare la soluzione, ho 2 Y76 5G, presentavano un problema sul certificato di sicurezza Google, dopo vari tentativi sono riusciti a risolvere e fare tornare a funzionare il Google wallet, l"app IO etc...

Ce produit ne devrait pas être commercialisé, le téléphone m’à lâché au bout de 2 ans dû à la carte mère...la garantie étant dépassée de 2 mois non prise en charge bien entendue .....c’est un problème de fabrication.....j’ai lu par ailleurs que cette série rencontrait beaucoup de problèmes.....Donc n’achetez jamais cette marque là d’ailleurs car c'est une entreprise chinoise de bas de gamme!!!

I recently bought a Vivo V30 in the Kenyan market, and it has an issue with some additional second space after every apostrophe.

This happens on all apps, i.e Facebook, Linkedin, WhatsApp etc etc.

*This is an example*: Peter' s phone has an issue.
The space between the apostrophe should be one I. e the space should be one.

Vivo tells me to remove all the Apps, but it doesn't make sense, it has to be the setup or something.

One of the worst value for money smartphone companies ever... Vivo V29e, €400, what do you get? Snapdragon 695 from 2021 in 2024 💀, Bloatware 💀, 1080p 30FPS Camera 💀(For €400, 4K 30FPS is the minimum) and only IP54 Water and Dust Resistance Rating 💀. On the bright side, it does have a very good battery and display, that at least shows Vivo's potential to do better.

Don't buy! It's rubbish!! It won't even last you 2.5 years! As it will surely break down when you are just outside warranty! And then they will rip you off when you try to fix it !!!

I bought Vivo 29 in March 2024 and aware of that curved screen can be laminated again in service center free of cost. I visited kashipur service center today for lamination and back cover but the told me to wait for long. Vivo service is not quick as the promised.
