Though we were not completely satisfied with the unorganized installation process and the inaccurate information we received, the solution was acceptable and the product was installed

Communication was poor

Communication was poor. The equipment was delivered damaged. They told me it's only cosmetic, it will still operate properly. The delivery date changed a couple times. The installer showed up the first day and left without doing anything. He was a no show on the second appointment date and the third time he showed up on site without letting anyone know. $15,000 for a water faucet, not impressed.

Hi Buck, we’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused. We missed the mark on communication and scheduling. The technician had a medical emergency and couldn't be on-site as scheduled that day, but it’s our responsibility to communicate this and set expectations so no one’s time is wasted.

We’re reviewing this internally to address the equipment condition and improve coordination going forward. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The Vivreau techs from your…

The Vivreau techs from your subcontracted install company did not do a good job during the install. There was a leak right from the beginning which they still did not fix even when the Vivreau techs came back a few days later. The unit has been shut down and not workable since the first day until just yesterday when another Vivreau tech finally was able to evidently fix it. Also, a mixup during the ordering process had the leak container not delivered for the install date.

Vivreau System

Everything went very smooth from ordering the Vivreau system to the installation. Vivreau was very understanding with waiting on install till we had our site ready.

I like the product

I like the product, but the service the get my unit fixed took a very long time to get parts that didn't work and a whole new unit needed to be ordered, so no water for a month...
