I cannot recommend Jerome enough! From start to finish, he was absolutely amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Buying a car and arranging finance can be a very stressful experience, especially after previous disappointments, but Jerome made everything so much easier and took so much of that stress away.
What I appreciated most was that he was not only professional but also genuinely friendly, approachable and reassuring. He made me feel supported, kept things clear and straightforward, and gave me the confidence that everything was being handled properly.
