Scam site DO NOT BUY. They shut down their email after I sent inquiries about the defective product I received.

Tail lights for lexus rx cause static issues on radio, proposed " fixes" simply worsen the problem. Vland ignore all messages/emails. ONE star is one to many.
avoid avoid !!

Cant hand negative reviews.

Not even 2 yrs old LEDs have failed.

Wait 8months for delivery so only get 4 months warranty. Rubbish.

Customer Services are useless and don't reply.

Feux arriere pour Mustang:

Très déçu par le service après vente, je commande une paire de feux pour ma Mustang, je signale que les feux fonctionnent très bien mais que le feux gauche fait remonter une erreur sur mon ODB.
Après 2 mois d'échange, j'ai été obligé d'ouvrir un litige avec PayPal, mais rien n'a changé.
VLAND c'était engagé à m'envoyer un nouveau câblage ou un nouveau feux.
Rien n'a été fait!!!
Vous vous moquez de vos clients, tous ce que vous proposez après 2 mois de discussions c'est un retour des feux à ma charge (125€ de frais de retour) pour un remboursement.
Je n'ai jamais demandé le remboursement, je voulais simplement l'échange de mon feux gauche défectueux.
Malgré vos promesses par mail vous n'avez rien fait, c'est lamentable!!!
Membre actif d'un des plus important forum français de Mustang, je ferais tout pour que les membres de mon forum n'achète pas chez vous.
Je suppose que cela ne vous dérange pas, mais si je peux protéger les acheteurs français, je le ferais.
Powel en Pologne propose la même chose que vous et aucun des membres de mon forum n'a rencontré le moindre problème.
Pour une première expérience avec vous, le résultat est catastrophique, vous étes incapable de vous occuper de vos clients.
Pour ma part je vais chercher comment contourner le problème ODB de mon feux, mais c'était votre travail, pas le mien.
Je préviens tous les propriétaires de Mustang qui seraient éventuellement intéressés par vos feux de ne pas passer commande chez vous.
Vous êtes très fort en publicité mais vraiment inefficace en service après vente.
Si je dois faire un retour d'expérience, vous répondez une seule fois par jour aux mails, sauf lorsque une plainte Paypal est déposé, là c'est vous qui nous écrivez plusieurs fois par jour en nous demandant de retirer la plainte pour résoudre le problème.
Il ne faut pas être ridicule, lorsque une plainte est annulée, Paypal ne peux plus rien faire et vous vous considérer que le problème est résolu.
Bref une belle équipe de menteur et d'incapables.

I ordered a set of headlights for my '09 Dodge Challenger in late June. Delivery was fast but the mechanism of the mirror shutter which is responsible for the high beams working, is non-functional on the passenger side, meaning no high beams.
I took photos, and videos and sent countless emails to 'Nicole'. I could tell by the video counts that they haven't even looked at the footage (the video was set to private with only them having the Youtube link).

Vland Officials kept telling me that it is a bulb problem which it isn't. They send replacement bulbs and I took videos again to show them that this isn't the source of the problem, as the high beams still didn't work after the replacement.

Even clear footage of loose parts in the lamp itself didn't convince them to send a replacement. So basically the same story that everybody else is experiencing here.

Stay away from this company and don't get trapped in their scam tactics. You won't get your money back or a working unit. Even a 1 star rating is too positive.

Update October: I finally received my refund after pushing out mails daily. Still I won’t change my experience rating as it was an extremely time consuming and vey unpleasant experience to have to deal with this company.

I can’t give a minus star. Bought rangers headlights and taillights. Email 24 hours later demanding I pay £150 more otherwise delivery cancelled. Then proceeded to offer £60 all because they didn’t have stock in UK warehouse and needed from china. Looks like they do this regularly. The right thing to do would be to send this and apologise for the delay. They sold me free UK delivery not £150

Ordered side markers for my 2017 brz on 7/18/23, I requested an update on my order on 7/29/23 which was never answered. I requested a refund on 7/30/23 which was never answered either. It is currently 8/10/23 and I just disputed the charge with my bank as fraudulent since vland obviously had no intention of sending my purchase or refunding the charged amount. If you want a bit of advice do not buy from vland, they will take your money and leave you wondering where your item is and will refuse to answer any e-mails pertaining to the missing order

Don't order from these guys. You will not receive your order and if you do its probably bad quality. They will also clutter your inbox with propaganda ..

My order took a long time to process so when I messaged them they told me that they didn't have my bulbs in stock and when I wrote them they offered me to send me a different kind of bulb. But also this bulb never came. So I contacted PayPal that these guys are trying to play me and I told VLAND to transfer me my money back.

Do not order from vland, can not send me the taillight from a whole set front and back. They only send front and let you wait. I sended the front lights back and no reply from them! Shipping cost I had to pay.. Every day I gemailt, whatsapp,.. 74 emails later 1,5 month.. I got my money back pwfff finally. Do not buy stuff from vland.

Order headlight and taillight. Only received the headlight. Pour customer service. No response. Phone number ain't working never buy from them save your money and time !

Ordered headlights and tail lights, headlights arrived within a week and still no sign of tails a month later. Emailed several times and no reply, starting to feel like I've been scammed?

I ordered lights for my truck. When I received them I decided not to keep them. I contacted them and agreed to pay to ship them back. I changed my mind so I should pay for shipping. They won't send me a shipping address or return authorization. I'm trying to be polite and I have other of there products that I'm happy with. I have 30 days for a return and they are just ignoring me. This is very new. I received the package 6 days ago.

I ordered headlights with taillights $$$, spent money on two day shipping got it package the 6th day which was only the head lights tail lights are missing didn’t get them at all , I called number no longer in service I call china they don’t answer very disappointed feel like I was robbed was promised something that I paid for and never received it

Bought a Set of rear lights for my Dodge Challenger.these were the Euro Amber spec version.plug and play.I installed them on my vehicle and it was sent off to the IVA test grounds so I could drive it in the U.K. The car failed the test on the rear lights.the Amber indicators flash when you press the brake pedal and then the red brakes lights come on?this was a failure.I had to send off my old lights to covert so it could pass the test.Vland Did nothing to help me...VLAND are useless at after sale and a massive waste of time.all they said was" the technician said this is normal and will not affect the driving" are you for real???? I was in conversation for months through email and got nowhere.the people I delt with were of no help and just dragged it on.

I bought their tail light for a Subaru STI VA chassis. The led sequential turn signal on the left has 2 dead bulbs at 1 year and 2 months. Right at 2 years, the right one has 2 dead bulbs too. The quality of these lights is really bad, and the installation is not smooth too.

Purchased headlights for my 2012 VW Golf that were specifically advertised by this seller for my vehicle, after paying a qualified auto electrician to install there is a constant headlight error displayed on the vehicle MFD. The seller continues to not provide a answer or fix for this and constantly dodges questions from on ebay messages. This has been going on for 4 months now with no resolution.

I just had these lights installed and blown away by how they transformed the rear of my pre-LCI 440iThey look stunning when on and off, adding depth and definition to an already pretty rear - this just perfected the car and certainly makes it stand out.I heard comments on these lights being dimmer than the standards, but that is certainly not the case for pre-lci lights.Up close, they look very high quality, light is even and the fitment seems to be an exact mould of the originals.Can't fault them in any way - I just hope the quality is high enough to match a genuine BMW product, and that they will stay intact for many years ahead. If not, I will update the review.

This company are a joke!! Ordered lights for a Mini Cooper and emailed the specific requirements for being legal in the UK. I even had to specify that the reverse lights were white.
They sent the lights and the reverse lights are red.
They then wanted me to pay for return postage to China. Honestly terrible customer service. They did offer an exchange but I'd have to pay for postage and customs. £100 that would be..not worth it.

Edit: I have since received the replacement bulb, still no reply from support however so very interesting customer service. I was able to get the tracking number from Instagram DMs with them however but they did not reply on any other platform, hope this helps someone in the same situation.

Hi VLAND, still waiting on a reply to my warranty. I received a defective bulb, so I can not use the front headlights.

Very disappointed as they replied reasonably quickly up until "Sorry for the delayed response. Is it convenient for you to provide me with a video? The factory said that it would like to check the problem of the bulb by video before the warranty." I then sent the video and have heard nothing since. Seen other reviews after the fact saying the same thing and they reply once the warranty period is over saying they cannot amend due to the period being over...
