⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Experience

Unfortunately, our experience with this tutoring centre has been extremely disappointing.

One of the biggest problems is the lack of organization and communication. There seem to be many employees involved, but they do not communicate properly with each other. One person tells you one thing, then another person changes it. Our schedule and session times have been changed repeatedly, which has been frustrating and inconvenient.

I was also strongly encouraged to commit and pay for a full year. I’m very glad I decided not to do that and chose to try the centre first, because based on our experience, it would not have been worth the commitment.

We have changed teachers several times because my daughter was not satisfied with the quality of the tutoring. In our experience, the teaching has often been very slow, and the explanations have not been effective enough for her needs. Most importantly, I have not seen the level of academic progress I expected from a tutoring centre.

What has disappointed me the most is that I feel there has been more focus on adding and paying for more sessions than on understanding why my daughter is not progressing and finding the right teaching approach for her.

My daughter has become very disappointed with the tutoring experience, and as a parent, I am disappointed as well. When families are paying for tutoring, they should expect professional communication, consistent scheduling, qualified and effective instruction, and genuine attention to the student’s progress.

Based on our personal experience, I cannot recommend this tutoring centre.

My daughter was already tutoring with vnaya.., we had good experience with them now we joined our second child.communication and overall support is good , easy to reach the manager Mohit to solve any issues.

This tutoring platform has been the best I’ve used so far. Their customer service is outstanding, especially Mohit, who has been incredibly helpful with everything my child needs. My son is also very happy learning from a wonderful teacher like Ms. Bella.

During the school year, I was able to request multiple classes per week which was very helpful especially when exams were coming up. My tutor, Mr. Abhay, was patient when it came to explaining chemistry concepts. Mohit and Sanju also replied fast in the case that I would need a class to be rescheduled.

They constantly take feedback from parents and willing to change the tutors if the tutor doesn't suit the kid. The best thing is that the class is recorded and we can review how the tutor/kid is behaving and discussing in the class. This experience is for Math.

I am sharing good experience with Vanaya and I am very pleased with their teaching team. My daughter has had great success and seems more confident working with Priya, her teacher who knows how to keep my kindergarten engaged and happy. The management team also seems very cooperative and quick in responding to every query. Mohit is quite helpful in arranging and rescheduling all the sessions. Thanks to the entire team of Vanaya keep it up!

My child has been attending tutoring sessions for the past 8 months, and I am really happy with the amazing improvement she has made. The instructors have continuously shown themselves to be outstanding, offering wise counsel and creating a positive learning atmosphere. Over the past few years, my kids have been enrolled in tutoring sessions, and I am extremely pleased with the remarkable progress they have made. The teachers have consistently proven to be exceptional, providing insightful guidance and fostering a supportive learning environment. Moreover, whenever any issues arise, Mohit has always been incredibly helpful, ensuring that any concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. This ongoing commitment has truly helped enhance my child’s academic journey, making me confident in the positive impact of these tutoring sessions.

Very good and helps you with any doubts that you have about in the session overall I would recommend for your child to rely on this. Also the tutors are really friendly and always ask about your day.

We initially had a disappointing experience with VNAYA Online Tutoring. We signed up for a plan with the mutual understanding that any unused sessions would be refunded by end of the year. Without any choices left after over a year we were forced to write a negative review initially due to the lack of communication and unresolved refund. Although the refund was eventually processed about a year later, it took multiple follow-ups via phone and email, with no response for almost over a year.
On a positive note, the tutors were very good, professional, engaging, and helpful.
While I do appreciate that the refund was honoured in the end and that we had access to some excellent tutors, the overall service lacked the transparency we were hoping for.

Both of my children, aged 16 and 10, absolutely love their math sessions. The tutors are not only knowledgeable but also very attentive and engaging. Most importantly, both kids have shown a noticeable improvement in their grades since starting with Vnaya. Learning has become enjoyable and rewarding for them. Highly recommended!

It's been a year since, I have my son enrolled with Vnaya. I would like to take a moment to thank all tutors, wonderful operations & sales team for helping my child with all the academic support. Initially I was apprehensive of online learning but with their personalised one-on one learning platform & Vnaya's special hold on Canadian & US curriculum I had the best experience. It's not only convenient for working parents but also provides a very safe environment for learning via technology.

Vnaya has been a great help in my studies. The tutors explain concepts clearly and make learning easy to understand. Beware of Vnaya Tutoring for College-Level Services

I used Vnaya tutoring for college-level courses and had a terrible experience. Their tutors are not up to par for the level of expertise required, and their policies make it impossible to get your money back—even if you drop out halfway due to poor service.

They claim they'll replace your tutor if you're unhappy, but by the time they do, you could already be close to your midterms or finals—the very reason you signed up in the first place! They also promise a 30-day pause option, but they manipulate the timing, argue over when your break started and ended, and claim you've run out of time.

Tutoring services should prioritize finding the right fit for students. Unfortunately, Vnaya seems more focused on keeping your money than providing effective help. Avoid this company at all costs.

Vnaya will promise during their sales pitch, but their operations, delivery and quality will be sub-optimal. Lack of good quality teacher, lack of consistency and lack of transparency in how they calculate refund.
