I received my item and it was damaged. I emailed them and returned the item back to their address on their website in UK. But then they emailed me back requesting that I need to post it to CHINA which does not state., They still not paid me back my £100 back nor to send my item back so I can post it to CHINA. WASTE OF MONEY and does it not state that they are based in CHINA. WASTED my MONEY AND TIME> TOTAL SCAM

Fraudulent company. Placed order for coffee machine. Tried to cancel, mo contact from company or refund at all. Had to go via barclays to get credit card refunded. Avoid at all costs total scam.

Absolutely horrendous sale tactics making returns difficult woth no money returned for items. Do no buy from here.

Don't buy they are a total scam. Sent umpteen emails no reply couldn't take money fast enough. Just beware

Don’t buy from this website. They scam people. They sell cheap and low quality items posted from China that look nothing like the pictures. When you ask for a refund the completely ignore your request. I had to report my transaction to Barclays and luckily I was able to get my money back. Stay away from them!

Do not buy from this website if you are based in the UK! Their returns process is not at all what they write on the website. Despite showing a UK address on the returns website you have to return items to China and they tell you it may never arrive. They offer you a 20% refund instead (which I yet have to receive). The clothes are really cheap quality for the price as well. It's a fraud!

Ordered an item of clothing only to discover it way too small - clearly it was a 'Chinese large'. A replacement was quickly arranged. Delivery was a little slow but I found Vntura very helpful and accommodating. Overall, a good experience for a good price.

PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM HERE - READ ALL THE REVIEWS. They are all true.
Ordered a size 9 pair of shoes for my husband in grey. The colour was weird, not really grey, quality not great but for the price they were ok.
They took 3 weeks to come and they sent a size 10.
Their emails are very polite, but they will not accept any blame on their part, they are very used to doing this! they won't answer direct questions and they insist that the size they sent ( EU 45) is a nine.
Off course it isn't, it's a EU size 10, but they won't accept that.
It's very frustrating, but they make it impossible to return, even when THEY have sent the wrong size.
Advice is to give honest bad reviews to warn others as they are virtually untouchable.
I have though bombarded them with lots and lots of emails with copies of bad reviews (they go for miles) and it only takes a few minutes to do, and I keep doing it. They probably don't care but it makes me feel better!!!!
Horrible, dishonest, vile, frustrating company, who push cheap rubbish to the UK. Stick to Shien and Temu, quality is slightly better and no fuss returns.

Received a product that is inaccurate to the picture I ordered and yo can see where they painted over a part and it was very sloppy. Emailed customer service with my complaint 3 times and received 3 return emails saying we are sorry your package is late. This is in spite of already having what they sent.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I'm so gutted, wish I read the reviews before buying, £70 down with a faulty coat bought as a xmas present (which obviously was opened xmas day) but because its past the 30 days they will not replace the item or refund me the money, even though its completely faulty. So gutted, hard earned money, gone like that and no item to show for it! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Do not order!! Over a month to wait for the delivery, the quality of items in comparison to the prices are terrible and the returns policy is laughable. Do not care about the consumer at all.

Cheap Chinese AI-modeled fakery, posing as a contemporary chic European brand. The 100 per cent cotton quarter zip I ordered turned out to be 100 per cent polyester. Unbelievable they can get away with this

ordered a suit they sent wrong colour the material is so cheap rubbish , told them i wanted to return it , kept being fobbed off ,eventually gave me the return address i sent it tracked royal mail it says its been in chinese customs for 25 days !
its a scam they make it impossible to get your money refunded

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! They sent a faulty coat that was a few sizes too small, the buttons had all marks around them. I sent them a photo of the damaged coat and they confirmed they would send a replacement. A week later they said they needed further pictures to investigate but of course I had already thrown the coat. Emails constantly back and fourth to no avail. This is a Chinese scam company, please avoid! £40 down with no coat.

I wish, wish, wish, I had read these reviews before ordering two items. They were ordered on the 29th November - one arrived on the 15th December (quality not good) and the other still has not arrived. That particular item is supposed to be a Xmas present but it may arrive for Easter 2026! Going away on the 20th so have given up hope of it arriving in time. Customer service is crap. I asked for information as to which carrier they used and never got a straight answer. Politics would be a better employment. They seem to answer the question they thought should have been asked rather than the one that has been asked.
Save your money and patience and steer clear of this disaster of a company. A disgrace!
