Easy ordering - the cushion covers were what I expected - true to colour - well made - and fair pricing.
Had a slight issue with delivery - not the companys fault - and Junaid dealt with it promptly.
I would have shown photos but no facility.

Ok firsty sofa is lovely, cant fault it but getting it here was a bit of a nightmare.
Ordered few weeks ago, were really helpful helping me choose etc asked for delivery on the 13th as I had decorators in...absolutely no problem, all ordered.
As the 13th approaches I hear absolutely nothing...so contacted them and assured it was coming on the 13th, as I had to reschedule work....so on the 13th I waited...and waited...messaged them again...after quite a few messages was told yes it ready to go...so I waited...and waited...contacted them again and told unfortunately there had been a problem and it wouldn't be delivered...pretty frustrating as had waited all day, lost work etc...but said they would compensate me £25 refund (Which i haven't seen yet!!). Rearranged for Monday afternoon...made it clear again I have to rearrange my work day, so had to be in the afternoon..was promised faithfully. Well Monday came, again heard nothing and the time is ticking by...3pm....4pm...so messaged them again...again said its ready to go...messaged me to say it was going to between 6-8pm....was that ok?? Must admit I was getting really annoyed by now...but being totally without a sofa again had to move my appointments around....said he on way, single driver....now I live in a 3rd floor flat..so unless the guy is some kind of weight lifter I doubt he could get a sofa in by himself....explained this to them previously...he said oh dont worry sure he will be fine. Guy arrives...horrified...and asks me to help him carry up the stairs??? Wtf...am a slight woman, was never going to happen ...so off he goes says he will need to get someone else....which he did a little time later. All delivered....although they wouldn't unpack it....wouldn't put it together and wouldn't take any of the packaging away!!!! Just dumped it. The sofa is really nice absolutely no problem...but the hassle and inconvenience dropped some rating points for me, cost me quite a bit of time and money not sticking to their word which was disappointing and just literally dumping it in my lounge. I thought the offer of 'compensation" was nice gesture...but thats still not appeared unfortunately 😕.

Ordered 2 stools for my sofa sola modular which i bought from them before and again i got them delivered super fast and really nice looking with my sofa.
Delivery drivers were really kind they helped me move my sofa and i also tip them.
Will defo order again.

Ordered a king sized bed and mattress,the bed is amazing and was delivered right on time,the chaps were super lovely and assisted me throughout the purchase all the way to delivery,can’t recommend enough amazing company to purchase furniture from!

Where do I start with this, I was reluctant to write a review given this looks like an upcoming business and I didn’t want to heavily influence their rating.

I was looking for a sofa and wanted to purchase from upcoming companies, rather than big retailers like DFS, so I was really disappointed when this didn’t work out

Communication:
This was probably the biggest area of pain, the communication was so poor that on the day of my sofa delivery we were still unsure if it was a scam or not.
We initially ordered the sofa and was told delivery would be 1-2 weeks. As the 2 week window approached we still hadn’t heard anything, we were then assured everything was okay. A further week went by without hearing anything and we raised our concerns. We were then given the number of a man called Felipe who said he was responsible for our delivery and it would be that weekend. On the Friday of delivery week we hadn’t heard anything. When we tried to ring the number it just went to Vodafone answer phone message, whatsapp messages were one tick.

Delivery:
Delivery ended up being at 10:15pm on a Sunday evening which even in itself was bizarre. However,it must be said that the delivery people were very nice and put the sofa together.

I was hoping to be able to add photos to the review but it looks like the ability to add photos to a review has been disabled.

The sofa:
The sofa itself looks good, but the quality of the sofa isn’t good. The main cushions that go on the sofa, the seams aren’t straight. It is almost as if the seams are too small for the cushions.

Looking at the back cushions, most are okay but the corners of the cushions don’t have any filling in them, for one of the cushions the zip isn’t even in the middle of the seam and is uneven and wonky

Round the back of the sofa the seams are also uneven

On the footstall the stitching is also uneven.

They did offer 2 free cushions and £170 off as a sorry but it’s still a lot of money to pay for what looks like a rushed job. £1400 is way more than what you should pay for the quality

I just received my sofa that I ordered, it was a fast delivery and the sofa looks and feels really nice just as I expected it to be.
Thanks to the delivery driver who was so nice and helpful. Would highly recommend these guys 👍🏼

Ordered and paid a deposit for my new sofa 3 weeks ago and no clear updates on when I will be receiving it.
It’s looking more and more likely this is a scam.

I ordered a sofa and it came right on time, the service was great and the workers were friendly, the quality of the sofa is excellent and is picture perfect to the website, very happy!

I ordered the Sola Modular 3 Piece Chaise Corner Sofa and a king size mattress on 20th March and received everything on 28th March. Delivery was smooth and on time.

The sofa looks exactly as shown online, very stylish and well-built. The modular design is practical, and the chaise corner makes it really comfortable to relax on. The king size mattress is also great quality, comfortable and supportive.

Everything arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Overall, a very good experience and I’m happy with both the products and service. Highly Recommended.
