STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Our experience with INaudio was extremely disappointing. They suspended our account without any reasonable basis. There were no copyright complaints, DMCA notices, infringement allegations, or violations of their AI Digital Voice policy associated with our account.

Despite our repeated explanations of our publishing model, Pawel Wencel requested documentation but never identified any specific documentation that would satisfy their review. Our account was ultimately suspended because INaudio concluded that we had not provided sufficient documentation, despite never clearly defining what would constitute sufficient documentation. In our opinion, the review process lacked transparency, consistency, and procedural fairness. Publishers should carefully evaluate whether this platform's compliance process is suitable for their business model before investing time and resources.

I have been waiting for almost 4 months to have my audio book “Leap Before You Look, But God…” be made available on Amazon’s Audible platform. The frustrating part is the answer with a generic email without acknowledging the problem.

Worst distribution company for audiobooks.
Support staff is unpolite and not profesional. Specialy Alex barrios and others.
Since I moved from this strange company I started making money.

My account was suspended without prior warning, without any opportunity to correct the alleged issue, and without a clear appeal process.

What makes this even more concerning is that my audiobooks continued to be available for sale on retail platforms while my account was disabled. I was even able to purchase one of my own audiobooks after the suspension.

I contacted support multiple times requesting clarification, evidence for their decision, and information about any royalties associated with my account. At the time of writing, I have not received a substantive response.

Every platform has the right to enforce its policies, but creators should at least be given notice, an opportunity to respond, and a transparent review process.

If you are an audiobook creator, I would strongly advise you to think carefully before working with this company. In my experience, the most basic standards of communication and professional treatment were missing. Decisions that directly affect creators' livelihoods should be properly explained and justified, and creators should be given a fair opportunity to respond. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
