Adam was an excellent choice, I followed the reviews on TP. I called Adam, he was very courteous, we arranged for him to do a survey for me. We met at the arranged property at the agreed time. He talked me through the process, adding extra information when I didn’t quite understand. He was very polite all of the time giving an accurate survey. He sent the information required by myself, it was sent within 72 hours.
So pleased I used Adam and would recommend his services to anyone, all at reasonable price

Adam recently did a level 3 house survey on a bungalow i am purchasing. Here was there to answer any questions. On the day of the survey the estate agents rang and advised he had picked up keys. I got the report less than 48 hours later. He picked up a problem with a lintel and explained I needed a,structural engineer. I have been in touch with one. I can now purchase the property knowing the problem and get it sorted as soon as I move in.

Adam provided an professional service. He worked with the vendors and their estate agent to secure a mutual date for our Homebuyer Survey. The very next day he sent through a really detailed report with some great advice. Unfortunately I would not recommend his service any further due to an important defect not picked up on our survey.
