Very professional travel bag produced by VB. I purchased this item to replace the cumbersome computer carry on that I drag around the airports. This bag is essentially all I need for short trips, with its ability to store computer plus clothes and no check in’s required. And best of all it just looks good, you look like an on the ball professional traveller with this piece of kit. Very satisfied. In use for ~ 1 year now.

I purchased a No.1 briefcase in elegant black for my son who is graduating law school this year. Needless to say, when I began this search I wanted the very best handmade leather bag that money could buy to mark this most special occasion. I ultimately chose the Von Baer No.1 briefcase, and it was definitely everything that I had hoped it would be. Absolutely, incredibly beautiful in every way. I don’t think a finer quality bag can be found in the world. It really is an unbelievably gorgeous Italian work of art in fine leather. I could not give a higher recommendation for leather goods than Von Baer. They really are the best..

I ordered a custom-branded 10X travel bag. Igor worked with us directly and gave helpful direction in making branding decisions leading to an impressive and bespoke result. The bag itself is the pinnacle of craftsmanship. The leather quality is exquisite and the fixtures and hems of the bag boast an immense attention to detail. But the true telltale of the quality of a Von Baer bag is the parts that you don't see: the corners of the inside liner, the stitching of the attachment points on the interior, and even the zipper-end corners of the exterior pockets. Handmade quality and attention to detail are present in all places. Von Baer will be my only bag moving forward. Thank you to Igor and his team for a comfortable and tailored sales and customization process and for delivering a bag that exceeded expectations.

I highly recommend the ESSENTIAL MODERN BRIEFCASE. The craftsmanship is impressive and will probably last multiple generations if properly cared for. It’s has more storage space than I had anticipated.

This will be the only product that will exist for me for next 40 years or more. I cant wait to see how the leather ages.

My experience with Von Baer has been exceptional from start to finish. I ordered the No. 1 briefcase for my husband. The customer service I was given when ordering was first class. Igor answered all of my questions in a prompt and courteous manner. He even went as far as to send me a visual of the personalization I wanted just to be sure it was to my liking. Customer service and product quality of my wife’s wallet was exceptional.

Overall experience was great. Website is easy to use for ordering and searching through products to purchase. There is a great selection orlf items and colors to choose from. Owner contacted me to ensure my engraving on my wife's wallet was the right font and look I was going for. The material is high quality and I couldn't be more pleased with the wallet, and my wife loves it.

Excellent experience. From the time I enquired on when a certain color will be available until I received the briefcase. Igor answered all my questions and carefully checked on where I want to place my initials, which font and what size. Shipping was way faster than I expected considering it was an international one. The briefcase “No.1” is such a fine piece, love all details and the leather feel and smell. The craftsmanship is second to none. Very pleased with my purchase and confident this will last.

what made my experience great was one the high level and top tier customer service from Von Baer (Igor).The prompt response to any of my questions and quick delivery of my purchase was excelllent. The unboxing is also a quite a wonderful experience. It comes professionally wrapped in quality packaging and presentation. You get the immediate feeling that this is a high quality purchase.
Also the quality and design of the #1bag and the #3 briefcase that I purchased is OUTSTANDING. Yes, I purchased both the #1 and the #3. I was so impressed with the high quality of my first purchased #1 bag that I decided to buy the #3 briefcase. The #3 just came in the mail.
