I had a great stay at Vonder Wembley and would definitely recommend it. Aggie took amazing care of us from the start, communication was easy, quick and very friendly. She made everything feel smooth and stress free, which really made a difference and set a great tone for the whole stay.

The place itself exceeded my expectations. The location is very convenient with lots of shops nearby, and the property offers great shared spaces and a gym, which makes it even more comfortable. Everything feels modern and well thought out, so it’s a perfect choice if you’re looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay.

Vonder Europe’s negligent management of Coombe Hill House has inflicted on me:

- Black mould growing on living room wall
- Shower leaking into bathroom wall
- No working lights in the flat
- Broken ventilation system in the flat
- Denial of allocated parking space to which I’m entitled

My health & safety, my sanity and my bank balance are all in the red thanks to a cornucopia of management and structural failures. Thanks VonderEurope

While I typically work with businesses and individuals struggling with sleep, this was my first time bringing sleep support directly into people’s living environment — a creative, relevant, and impactful initiative.

Terrible experience with Vonder Brentford management. No one responds to emails, which is extremely frustrating.

The parking permit was included in the rent, and now they’re trying to charge extra — very misleading. On top of that, the electricity bill is incorrect, with wrong readings and clear overcharging.

Vonder Wembley, the worst decision I've ever made.

I once had a random question about my flat and didn’t really know who to ask, and staff member Agi happened to be around in the building at the time. she did everything to help, going out of her way to find the answers. It’s something I still remember, because it genuinely made my experience in the building so much better.

A really pleasant place to live, it has a nice, calm atmosphere, I've met a marketing manager the other day and even though I've heard weird stuff about Coombe buildig I am quite satisfied, she explained everything ell yesterday andd i can't wait t have an app. Special shoutout to Aggie who is absolutely amazing, kind and super supportive! Highly recommend 😊

Aggie was great at her job. She was very responsive and great at communication. It was a pleasure working with her and I hope to work with her again very soon.

We cannot take rubbish out

The lift that takes us to the bin area just stopped working and we don't know any other way to the bin room.

On this note, the other lift on the complex also has not worked since December - despite our complaints and attempts to get Vonder to sort it.

Let's see how much trash we all have to accumulate before they fix this one.

Staff was kind and the vibe itself was great in general.

I've really enjoyed working with Vonder, it's been a smooth and positive experience overall. A big part of that is down to Aggie, who has been absolutely amazing throughout. She's always on hand, nothing is ever too much trouble, and she genuinely makes you feel looked after. The kind of person who just makes everything easier. Would definitely recommend!

I was staying at Vonder Upriver. The flat was very nice and clean. The check in process was smooth. Even though I arrived hours before the check in time I was able to wait in the coworking area until the flat was ready. There was tea and coffee and other refreshments. All staff was absolutely lovely but shout out to Aggie who helped me arrange the stay and made the atmosphere feel like home.

I had a great experience with manager Abdullah, i was facing issues with the broken blinds for a while and he got them fixed in no time! Very professional, quick and efficient

Comfy stay, great host

Getting an apartment with Vonder was such a smooth experience, which is so rare to find in Berlin. The contract was reasonable, the stay-in period is flexible, and check in was easy. Even without viewing physically (we were based in another city prior to living here), the apartment was exactly like it was in the photos. It’s in a new building, in a good and safe location.
Everything about living here is convenient: the doors are operated by an app, there is a laundry room that’s free to use in the basement, the furniture and amenities were complete as soon as we moved in, communication with the Vonder team is clear, quick, and pleasant. The room size and layout works perfectly for my boyfriend and me. During the winter, even when the heater isn’t on too strong, our room is comfy and warm inside. We have monthly gatherings with other residents, which I really appreciate.
This is the best apartment setup I’ve had in Germany since I moved here. I highly recommend Vonder!

I have contacted the janitor on several occasions regarding some concerns in my room. Ever since then, whenever he sees me, he makes peculiar comments inquiring if everything in my room is satisfactory, implying that there is always an issue.
He can also be quite rude at times.
