We want to clarify the situation for transparency, as this is the third review posted about the same issue and the facts are important for anyone reading.

• Your domain renewal was not paid, which automatically causes the domain registrar to suspend the domain. This is a standard industry process and is outside of our control.
• Despite this, we continued hosting your website free of charge for more than a year, even though the domain itself was inactive.
• Our team contacted you multiple times to explain the renewal process and how to restore the domain.
• As an additional gesture of goodwill, we offered to provide a replacement domain at no cost, but this offer was declined.

Voolt uses accredited domain registrar infrastructure (Wild West Domains / GoDaddy reseller network), which is a common and legitimate system used by thousands of companies worldwide.

We’re sorry for the frustration this situation has caused and we understand how important your domain is for your business. To clarify, the issue is not related to us refusing to pay a recovery fee. At the moment, the domain registrar (GoDaddy / Wild West Domains) has placed a restriction that is preventing the renewal or recovery from being processed through the reseller system. This technical issue has affected multiple domains across the registrar network, not just your account, and our team has been working with them to resolve it.

In the meantime, we want to make sure your business can continue operating online. If you contact our support team at support@voolt.com, we can provide you with a replacement domain free of charge for 1 year so your website can be restored immediately while the registrar issue is being addressed.

We truly want to help get you back online as quickly as possible and encourage you to reach out so we can assist you directly.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We want to clarify that we do not change customers’ domains without cause. In situations like this, when a custom domain is not renewed or becomes inactive, the system may temporarily revert the site to a .voolt.com address to keep the website accessible instead of leaving it completely offline.

If your domain expired, suspension notices are typically sent prior to the renewal date, as domains are managed on an annual basis. That said, we completely understand how concerning it is to feel caught off guard, especially if you believe it impacted your business.

• The recent charge on your account was due to the auto-billing feature, which keeps your balance topped up so your ads continue running without interruption. You can easily turn this feature off at any time directly from your dashboard.

• We do not share leads. Every lead you receive comes from a real person who saw your ad and submitted their information via our form. These leads are exclusive to your account.

• We have systems in place to help ensure you receive genuine and relevant leads, free from spam or false information. However, how a lead responds after submitting their form, is ultimately beyond our control.

• Our support team is always available via email at support@voolt.com. We weren’t able to locate any messages from your connected email, but we’re here to help and address all your concerns.

• Your campaigns had been inactive for over 30 days. Typically, when a campaign is paused for that long, we manually review and refresh it before resuming. However, when you added new funds, the system automatically resumed your previous campaign using the old settings.

• Unfortunately, this caused your budget to be used immediately — before we could apply fresh optimizations or updates to help improve performance and results.

• In cases like this, our usual process is to restore the balance, update and optimize the campaign, and relaunch it with the right setup to help you get the best possible outcome. We fully understand that this wasn’t the experience you expected, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused.

• Given the challenges with flexibility and the fact that our platform may not fully match your current needs, we agreed it would be best to part ways for now. As promised, we processed a full refund of your most recent $175 deposit, and the receipt has been sent to your email for your records.

• We genuinely appreciate the opportunity we had to connect and resolve this directly, and we wish you and your business the very best in future projects.

• You submitted a support ticket on Saturday, June 7th and our team responded on Monday, June 9th. Since then, we haven’t received any follow-up from you. We’ve also made several attempts to contact you by phone to better explain how our service works, but unfortunately, we haven’t been able to reach you.

• Your campaigns were launched on June 6th. Please note that after launch, both Google and Facebook go through a learning period, where they gather data to optimize performance. It’s completely normal not to see leads right away during this phase.

• That said, we’re happy to confirm that you received your first lead on June 12th, and we expect more to come in as the platforms continue to optimize.

• We’re still trying to get in touch with you to better understand your concerns, particularly regarding the dashboard.

If you prefer, feel free to reply to our email or SMS — we’d love the opportunity to clarify everything and help resolve the situation.

1. Communication & Support:
During your initial conversation with our sales representative on April 30, 2025, it was clearly explained that Voolt currently does not offer phone support. However, we do provide live chat assistance, and our team is committed to responding to all email inquiries within 1 business day—in many cases, much sooner.

2. How Our Ads Work:
In the same conversation, it was also explained that our advertising campaigns operate on a Cost-Per-Click (CPC) model. This means you’re only charged when someone actively engages with your ad. While this doesn't always guarantee a lead, it ensures that you're only billed for real user interaction.

3. Your Campaign Results:
Your campaigns ran from May 2nd to May 16th, generating 7 leads with a total spend of $220. These leads came from real individuals who clicked on your ads and showed interest in your services. While we strive to deliver high-quality leads, it’s important to note that the actions and responsiveness of potential customers are ultimately beyond our control.

4. Resolution:
Following our phone conversation on May 16th, both parties agreed that—given your dissatisfaction—the best course of action was to end our partnership and issue a full refund of the $275 you had paid. The refund has already been initiated, and you should see the funds reflected in your account within 10 business days.

At Voolt, we strive to offer transparency and value in everything we do. While we regret that this experience didn’t work out, we wish you all the best with your business moving forward.
