Great to buy the spa though quick delivery and set it up for the family to use that night.

From initial contact and enquiry to pick up and installation the whole process was easy . Information and explanations were given when asked with in a day.

Overall very happy. Pre delivery it would have been great to be updated the way we were post delivery. It's been great and we are confident vortex will be there for to help with any questions and concerns we may have in the future. Thanks very much!

First class treatment from purchase to installation to follow up support. Our family loves our new Vortex spa and will gain ongoing enjoyment from it.

Great spa! My only issue is I am 6 foot tall so I can't sit in one of the corners (the neck therapy collar seat position) which was a big let down;(

After much research I decided to purchase a Xenon Avante spa from Vortex. From the word go my experience was excellent. Niesha, the Sound Island Sales Manager, was very helpful and responded quickly to all my emails and questions. Even at this hectic time of year installation was scheduled very quickly and Alden, the installer, was superb. He did a great job positioning the spa in what proved to be a tricky location and then spent plenty of time taking me through the set up process, controls and ongoing maintenance.

Most importantly the spa is superb - very high quality and loaded with features at a very competitive price point.

My wife and I were sat in the spa last night talking about how rare it is these days for anything you buy to exceed your expectations, but our Vortex spa has certainly done that.

Cannot recommend highly enough. If you are considering buying a spa my advice is simple - go for it, you won't regret it, and make sure it's from Vortex!

The customer service that we received from Patrick was second to non, even though it took us three years to check out all the competition!
The attention to detail in the quality of the construction of Vortex spas is excellent.
Delivery was on time, and in our set up was a very awkward lift onto the deck, all handled expertly by the Vortex staff.
We have been using the spa now for a month and are thrilled with it.
We definitely made the right choice!

We purchased a family spa through Trevor. The delivery guy was great, ensuring the spa was fully operational, and gave me a full run down on maintenance and cleaning. Starter kit has everything we need. We have seen other spas around, and from our perspective the quality of the product is great value for money.

We did not think that a Spa could be so useful, aches and pains dissolve as the jets roll over the body. Colours add to the magic, would recommend
Vortex Spas to anyone.

Love our new vortex spa, everything does what it should, easy to use.
The installation guy was awesome, friendly and helpful. Turned up on time and was on his way again in about 90 mins with our new spa full, tested and heating.

Love my spa, and the service I received was fantastic.
The delivery went so smooth, and the man who installed the spa, gave amasing information on care and maintenance of the spa.
The experience on purchasing, the delivery, and payment all went without a hitch. Even received follow up calls after a couple of weeks.

It was disappointing that the pump packed up after about 4 months, but Vortex sorted it very quickly and painlessly- very professional and supportive. The delivery and installation was also faultless.

Just finished getting our Vortex Neon spa pool installed. Alden who installed the spa was very professional and gave us a great run down on how to work the spa after it was up and running.

We purchased a vortex mercury spa and would recommend the spa or company to anyone. Right from the time of purchase the vortex staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The delivery was a breeze with the spa arriving on a trolley and wheeled through our gate space and the spa positioned right into the spot we wanted it. Our questions have been answered in a friendly and informative manner and there have been several questions as we were new to having a spa.

We purchased a Gemini 2 person spa at the Fieldays Hamilton in 2014. We are very satisfied with the product. However we are disappointed with the information supplied in relation to the controls. There was no booklet supplied and there was no electrical cord supplied with the spa. We had to supply the installer with a commercial electrical lead to allow him to hard wire the spa to our outside approved electrical socket. At the Fieldays this year 2015 we approached the staff to ascertain how to program and drain the spa and they were not interested. We actually had a couple with us interested in purchasing a spa but they were deterred from the Vortex brand owing to the lack of response.
