Unfortunately there are basic things for recruitment such as mailshots that do not work properly. The system is not as quick as it was demonstrated in the sales sessions and there has been various issues since the implementation that will never work to the degree we were used to with the previous system.

An excellent and user friendly system.
The Voyager package (we're still using Professional, so about 80 versions behind Infinity) is excellent. The staff in Voyager Tech Support (occasionally aided and abetted by their colleagues at Alchemy) are always keen to help and quick to rectify any problems we may have, Merry Christmas guys.

Voyager have been excellent throughout our dealings with them. We were with one of the traditional CRM systems and decided to make the change before the original BREXIT vote. We delayed our decision and Voyager waited patiently, keeping in touch until we finally went ahead. Planning and implementation were easy and project planned accurately (with one hiccup that was sorted out quickly) and we've been very happy with the system since. Post implementation issues have been dealt with where possible and investigated where needed. The people within Voyager are all personable and helpful which in my eyes is one of the main positives. A business is a collective of its people.
