I sent in my frames for a glass lens replacement over a year ago. At first they were sent back promptly, but the prescription they put in was incorrect and I could not see out of the glasses. I contacted them regarding this and they said to send back the glasses for a second lens replacement. That was over six months ago and they have held my frames with no communication or refund. I wasted over $200 and they stole my frames so I can't even get them re-lensed elsewhere.

The customer service was excellent. I was assisted in filling out the forms to order with very thorough instructions. I was very pleased with their patience.
When I received my order I was so satisfied that I ordered another pair of frames to forward to them for a second pair to be made. My wife is going to move forward with ordering a pair as well. You cannot beat real glass. Plastic scratches too easily, glass does not.
Grateful for having discovered VS eyewear.

I email Mike Demasi owner emails after 2 weeks just checking in. Mike says quote he lost track of order he does not have frame maybe another week the 1-1/2 to make lens Been 3 weeks email Mike telling him he need to worry about loosing track of this order again refund me. Nobody governs any web company that advertises item ands for sale not in there possession.

I ordered some motorcycle riding glasses recently from VSEyewear. I was a little apprehensive about ordering glasses online, but they offered the best price so I went ahead. I received an email the next day that something didn't look right with my prescription, and could I verify the numbers were correct. I called my optometrist, and sure enough there was a mistake. It was so nice to have someone actually pay attention to the product they are selling instead of just processing the order. The glasses are great and very happy I chose VS Eyewear. Thank you.

It’s been two months and three returns. I purchased blue glasses with anti-reflection via their website, later they email me and say they only have black. Fine. The glasses arrive and they do t have anti reflection. I send them back. A month later the glasses arrive, but are scratched in the center of the lens and now the left side of both lenses are out of focus.

I call for a full refund, apparently they don’t do that. Only store credit if 50%.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I’m out $600 and haven’t been able to see for two months now.

purchased prescription safety glasses thru them between ins. and cash was out of pocket 436.00 and the p.o.s scratched up inside of one week....besides the fact the lenses were not actually correct. when i did as the asked and sent them back they said they never received them and that was the end of it.....this was with dealing with the suppossed owner....so now im out the money and have used my ins. for the year so i have to go completely out of pocket.......so in short....the company is bs....their customer service is non existant....close as i have dealt with a fly by night company in a while.....save your money get better quality better service by going local or with any company besides vs eyewear

Got transition glass lens for extra $75.00 and they DO NOT TRANSITION. I sent them back and was told they DO NOT change like plastic !! So why offer and charge me $75.00 if you know they DO NOT WORK !! $75.00 lesson . on $200. glasses

They are one of the few places where real glass replacement lenses may be ordered. I have ordered my second pair from them. Glass lenses are not cheap, but VS products are fairly priced. Mike and his team have verified with me the specifics of my order to make sure I got what I wanted.

i ordered the real glass eq304 with comfort (pink) tint.. and they are awesome!!!
i had bought vuarnet pink ones.. and i had to send them back.. they were uncomfortable.. and they really did not impress me.. even though they were 300 dollars. i bought oakley prizm glasses.. and they were comfortable.. but they were not impressive.. so i sent them back.
i just needed something to be able to wear while on the computer.. (not gaming; just on the computer).
the vs eyewear real glass eq304 comfort tint glasses (real glass) are awesome!!! schott glass. they are the company whose founder invented borosilicate glass!
and they were around 60 dollars!!!

I recently receive my $204.00 prescription safety glasses from this small company and they were the worst RX glasses every. THEY WERE VERY WIDE AND WOBBLED ON MY FACE. Also my vision from the lenses were a bit distorted. Just poor quality. I would have been better off purchasing these from my local Walmart Optical Center. I ordered prescription eye glasses from Walmart before and never had a problem. Always great quality. Hard lesson learned.

Frames were falling apart & lenses I can't see out of. I notified them the moment I got them and every week since with no reply. I have yet to hear back from this company and I've paid for a pair of glasses that I cannot wear.

Got a prescription safety glasses end of July 2023 and already its been coming apart. When enquired blames it on hot climate for the glasses to come apart. Had got it before and even in hot srea nothing happened but this time its in tatters.
Customer service was not helpful and felt they didn't want to help at all as if they accept their low quality workmanship then they have to refund.
Never will buy from here.

Ok, for first. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. One cheaper,($78.24.) Second pair was($234.00.) We paid separate shipping for each pair. Understanding the more expensive pair would take time. And also with the understanding the less expensive pair would arrive within 7 to ten days, per your website. After three and a half weeks we called your company
and had discouragement. VS Eyewear explained that their lab was behind. And had not started production. At that time we asked for a refund. They blatantly denied the refund, saying lenses were in process and once they were in process there was no refund. Finally after five weeks of waiting. And listening to factitious and belittling responses from Mike DeMasi and Tara Demasi. I received one pair of glasses (the cheaper ones.) That were to order. The more expensive ones were most definitely not! We ordered 47-16-130 for both. And recieved not that. This company is seething with incompetence. And knowing the arrogance of the owners of this company, and having the displeasure of concordance. I doubt that they have the ability to reconcile. Great experience. My local optician didn't stock the frames I wanted and after many internet searches (resulting in several sites with very poor reviews) I finally came across VS Eyeware. My initial email inquiry was promptly answered and a follow-up phone call concerning a pricing error was handled politely and then quickly corrected on the website so I could continue the purchase. The 2 sets of Flexon frames showed up in less than a week and nicely packaged.

Having broke my frames I was in desperate need of a replacement. These folks had the exact frame I needed at an outstanding price which was then discounted with a coupon code. I ordered March 6, they were shipped March 8 and delivered March 10. I couldn’t be more pleased.

VS Eyewear's site was very easy to search for the NIKE RABID sunglasses I wanted... and, offered very attractive pricing. Even better, I was able to speak with a team member to get exactly the prescription and lens features I desired. The product delivery was timely and the product just as good as I had hoped.

I felt the need to write this review because admittedly I was a bit sketched out by the rating. I discovered this company when looking for glass glasses, as they are quite hard to find, and the company I had been using for the past 3 years has upped their price to a ludicrous amount.

I ordered a nice pair of frames with glass lenses, and when I received them, the prescription was spot on, although the arms bent a bit far in and were squeezing my head. I got 145 mm frames for my melon head and still had to adjust the arms myself so they wouldn't squeeze me.

I should mention though, that even though this company replies to their reviews, the communication with their customers outside of that is very sparse, so there is no reminder whatsoever to leave a review. While this is very nice of them, it also explains why the people with adequate experiences might forget to say something.

So long as the price remains reasonable, I will continue to get my glasses from VS Eyewear in the foreseeable future.

I recently ordered reader safety glasses. After 2 tries I cannot read with them. I received a nasty note from them telling me they are correct and go back to the eye doctor. FUNNY MY GLASSESFROM THE EYE DOCTOR I CAN READ JUST FINE. So much so I can see to send this review.
