Fantastic product. Well packaged. Fast discreet delivery, looks, feels, works great and made my wife very happy.

There was a minor mistake with the delivery of my order so I emailed them and they resolved it within 24 hours. Amazing customer service, I had a great experience shopping with them! Their products are of an extremely high quality as well. Highly recommend Vush!!!

It still hasn’t arrived and it’s been over two weeks. My friends arrived in two days.

I wasn’t told that I would have to pay a custom fee and was surprised with a $46,95 bill for a $69,00 purchase.

They were prompt and offered a replacement immediately when I sent a video of my non working product. I wasn't expecting it and they went above and beyond to help!

It has been almost 2 weeks and I have not received my order. When I reached out to customer service they were very unhelpful and just said “it shows it sent.” They never responded to my follow ups.

The egg and small vibrator are nice. The clit one is awkward to use. The happy vibe is a little uncomfortable.

I purchased the empress 2 and the gloss bullet in January of 2022. The empress was fab , until it started going off in my drawer at random times and I couldn't get it to switch off. Once it finally died I tried charging it and it wouldn't charge anymore. Its been sat in my drawer unused for over 6 months now and I was told it was out of warranty and couldn't be replaced when I contacted Vush. Today , I'm really disappointed to find that the bullet has now done the same thing. No longer holds a charge and no longer switches on. I know I won't be able to have it replaced as it's well out of warranty. I came onto to trust pilot to see if there were any similar accounts and there seems to be a lot with similar issues. These products are great when they're working , but are not cheap. So to have them break already is really disappointing. I purchased the Nelly back in March and it seems to be working fine at the moment. But I'm worried this will break too. As a company I think you really need to look into what's happening repeatedly with your products and offer longer warranty periods please.

I purchased the Empress 2 late April and here we are in early September with it not working .Unless you read the warranty page prior to purchase most customers would be unaware that this company expects the original packaging to be kept for the warranty period .You will need the receipt AND a video .Video taken -try submitting it.Ihave taken a video only 17 seconds long of what is required but their system won't upload it as it's apparently over 20MB .These are all hurdles to stop Vush being responsible for what is an expensive product that looking at these reviews keeps failing .Just be like Sexyland -package it up send it back -SO EASY .The ongoing bad reviews should stop people buying the Empress 2 .Please read the VUSH warranty page prior to purchase...........................

UPDATE -I have had a response from VUSH .As someone who is not great with technology it's turned into a really frustrating experience .After purchasing 4 toys from them in the last 8 months I will not be back again or be recommending VUSH to anyone else .

The Empress 2 is AMAZING! Best vibrator I’ve ever owned.
And the customer service of Vush is the best I’ve ever received - discreet, prompt, helpful and playful on words.

Best clit sucking vibrator on the market hands down! I’ve tried 3 different ones, can’t remember their official names but tried all different price ranges and none had the suction down pact as much as the Empress 2! Also they’re a really good company with customer service which is a bonus!

I Never even got my purchase and am so disappointed. I placed my order and it took over 2 week before I asked to cancel the order. After reaching out to inquire about my order after more than a week, I was told that orders generally take 1-3 business days to ship. And after two weeks I still didn't hear anything. Be aware.
