Love Love these products I brought. Nothing has even come close.

I already had the empress which was life changing, then I bought the myth and good lord. Some of the settings have the same impact as edging for me, without me having to start and stop. 10/10 would recommend.

My first vush was fabulous. The empress has been HORRIBLE and so has CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not read emails correctly or returns calls.
It is very sad and disappointing. I just want to replace my original Vush.
The company keeps asking for more videos of a broken empress vush , that never worked correctly. Highly Highly dissatisfied. Waiting for a contact back after 4 emails and attempted calls.
Do not purchase.

Second replacement product stopped working. Have emailed 3 times.no response.
Such a horrible experience

Empress 2 stopped working after only being used a few times and ZERO response from customer service since 31 January. Completely ridiculous, I just want a refund!

Awful product I used 3 times and it’s crapped out also took in shower but it is waterproof. Firstly it wouldn’t turn off or change settings then now it doesn’t turn on at all. And made a weird loud noise. Now it’s buggered only got today too and paid alot of $$$. For it not impressed would like a refund and not store credit. And will not buy again.

The empress 2 is most amazing toy but it’s stopped working after 4 weeks. Every setting now feels the same; it’s no longer got any power. It took so long to come so I’m just really hoping a replacement won’t take the same amount of time. Waiting for a response to my email.

I bought an item before realizing it was 50% off with code so I returned the full price item and made clear I wanted the refund in the full price as the 50% off code wasn’t clearly shown and they assured me that they would refund the 160$ purchase not the 80… low and behold weeks later and I find out I got charged for the full price order snd they refunded the 50% off sale item. I have been trying to contact but can’t get any reply and they have no phone number. Terribly shady. They knew exactly which item I was asking to be refunded.

The Swish vibrator is amazing. I brought it as an alternative to buying a $200 similar vibrator from Honey Birdette (which my partner has). Since it arrived, we've exclusively used mine when sleeping together. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered a product before Christmas, have yet to receive said product and have been sent at least a few emails asking me to review said product. I can't review what I don't have. I assume with the holidays orders may have been delayed. I also assume your system would be able to track packages and know when they've been delivered or not, preventing the sending of emails asking for a review of a product that hasn't arrived. I'll be happy to submit a review of your product when it arrives and I am able to test it.

The product is so amazing! Vush was so great with their discrete postage, Ive received orders twice and they have never let me down, my house mates dont even realise what i am getting, its great! cant wait to get more things, all products i have gotten from them have been outstanding and great for all parties :)

Absolutely love my rose 2 bullet. Came in very discreet outer packaging but was even more excited by the beautiful interior. I think I've been somewhat sexually repressed and so it took a lot of nerve for me to make my first order. However, I could not have hoped for a better introductory product! It has empowered me and is supporting my journey to accept and love my body. Would most definitely recommend to friends and have already ordered a special little gift for my sister.

I recently made a few purchases from the Vush website where I purchased the stimulation, lube and the Abbie Chardield collab g-spot vibrator. The purchasing was a simple process and there was a slight delay on the stimulator but the information from the company let me know what was happening. The products are far superior to those of other places I have shopped. I love the Vush lube, it’s my favourite of any I have purchased. It stays smooth and doesn’t flake. Abbie Chatfield vibrator is a game changer and my favourite and is made really well from a soft silicon but I love the texture on it. I have had a complete hysterectomy so not long ago I lost all clitoral and vaginal sensation but I have it back now thanks to these products and I couldn’t be happier.
