total scam - do not use!

Should be NO stars! Glasses do not work as advertised nor does the refund policy. Supermarket glasses work way better for a fraction of cost. Refused full refund - they refuse to take returns for "Hygiene" reasons? Really? Glasses were on my head for 20seconds - all it took to realise I'd been scammed! I've spent longer trying on glasses in a pharmacy - no problems there with putting them back on the stand. Total SCAM!

I bought glasses £30 and they arrived broke in half. I’ve have a speech impediment I can’t ring them to complain and ask for a refund. I have asked the bank to do this. So I can only write . X

I ended up going through the email after email “support” that did absolutely nothing except show me the tracking that just stopped moving. Was just running me around and “generously” said basically too bad but here’s 30% off something new. Finally had to dispute the purchase to get my money back and even after I won it they still acted like they’d graciously done it of their own accord in emails sent later

Ordered vision glasses, paid $34 + taxes. Glasses JUNK. UNUSABLE EVEN FOR READING. CONTACTED VYNZO over 6 times. They want $5.00 more

I was sent the wrong face cream. Despite sending them photos of the incorrect tube they insisted it was the same cream in a different tube so I should just use it and it would be fine. I insisted on a refund. We went back and forth with messages with them offering small percentage refunds plus I would have to pay a great deal for postage. Finally I did what they'd been hoping I'd do and agreed a 35% refund and to not have to return the cream (that's now in my rubbish bin) Their policy is clearly to just drag out any refund claim until the customer caves. Subsequently I have seen the same cream on Amazon cheaper!

No star looks like scammers the glasses are not what they advertise . More than 1 mtre away they are blurred vision .Asked 3 times for mailing back address they sent rubbish email very expensive reading glasses thats all they are total rip off .

I ordered the glasses - I had been bombarded with adverts so thought I’d try them. Seemed genuine enough with a guarantee of 30 day money back. I ordered 4 pairs at a discounted cost of £62.78. The glasses arrived and both myself and my husband tried them - I was unable to see to read and my husband unable to see distances (we have different prescriptions). I had a prompt reply saying I could have an immediate 15% refund and not return the glasses. I have replied attaching screen shots of their advert with the full refund assurance. I’m waiting a reply to see what their next step will be.

The glasses are useless : they focus badly for reading (basically they magnify slightly) and that’s it.
I wish I could get my money back.

The product is a complete scam.
The spectacle is a $2 shop product with +2 sticker on it.
It might be ok for a person who wants reading glass but even thwn it is too expensive as the same product is available at dollar 2 stores.
Then thw charge 15 euros for the return courier which is another scam and 15% handling fees qhich is not in the clause.
I would recommend that no kne should buy the product.
I am now waiting to see how long it takes to get my refund.

Would give them none if I could. Ordered Golden Peptide Cream received rubbish. PayPal says similar it is not. Don't touch and PayPal do not have your back either

I ordered a facial cream from this company a month ago. Still haven't received my product. I have tried

to contact a human multiple times to no avail. Just ignored and told in email to have a great day. I recommend you purchase nothing from this company. Just rip off artist. I would have given them a 0. But can't go that low. Unhappy in CA.

I didn't even ever order anything from VYNZO and low and behold, there was a charge from them on my credit card.

Same as rest of comments. Glasses were just cheap reading glasses. Glasses did NOT darken in sunlight and were NOT multifocal. Company should be out of business for fraud.

The "adjusting" glasses are a complete scam. Mine came with the dollar store sticker of 2.00 strength.
Unbelievable crappy customer service, their tactic is to bury you in emails to frustrate returns. You might be offered a 20% return just so you don't return it, then they bury you in fees £4.99 for this £14.99 for that.

It's simple- NEVER purchase anything from them

I should have known better.

A total scam, the glasses were just cheap reding glasses that you can buy at any dollar store. They claimed to be a Germany technology but actually a cheap glasses made in china. Never buy to this website. Now I will definitely check first reviews from trust pilot.

Might be a good idea to check with TrustPilot before buying!
I didn't, and I ordered these miracle glasses because they were said to come with a money-back guarantee.

Just like the others here, I got simple cheap reading glasses you can buy everywhere for about 2 $, useless for me, so I asked for my money back.
To make a VERY long story short:
It took no less that ten (or even more?) emails till I got back at least half of what I paid. And a handful of emails before that solution, I was asked to close the dispute I openend with PayPal. I did, and still it took more exchanges.
This felt like psychoterror, but I didn't want to give in.
Complete fraud.
And next time I buy someting, I'll check with TrustPilot first!
