Exactly the same as Bruce m. I’ve been using them for a few months now to help pay for treatment for my father in law as he’s dying of cancer. First 2 times where $300 then 3 sets of $400. Than it was $200 I messaged asking why it was a lesser amount considering I always paid on time and they basically told me to bad so sad it’s an automated system. 5 minutes later I went to the app and it was $800 available to withdraw. I thought cool they must have adjusted it for me.. anyway paid the $800 back on time and today I went to use the app and it’s back too a $200 withdraw amount. So I messaged again and they told me the same thing too bad so sad basically and they are not sure on what’s changed on my situation but the system says so, so that it. I said last time the amount changed within 5 minuets of checking the app so your telling me my spending habits ect caus a fluctuation of $200-800 able to withdraw in 5 minutes. Yeah right …

They are terrible to deal with. NO REWARD for customer loyalty or being flawless in your repayments. ‘Apparently’ your loan amount is automatically calculated. If you borrow $800 and pay it back early it does not mean you will be given access to the $800 again. This happened to me with my wage before Christmas. I repaid the $800 early so it would not take 2-4 days to process over the Christmas period. I went to withdraw the $800 again, but I was only given the option to withdraw $400. This has left me short at the most expensive time of year. I tried to use the in app messaging service, with no reply. I emailed support and they replied 6hrs later and were NO HELP at all. They didn’t care for my situation at all and ‘couldn’t’ manually override the $400. They don’t care the issues they have caused me. They wished me luck for next time. There won’t be a next time. No consistency in lending amounts, long processing times and support is useless. STAY AWAY!

I dislike same amount offered. And couldn't repay with pay id I entered the right amount. Otherwise it's ok

Easy and reliable and it helps with expenses you don't think about it especially on your off week I use wagetap for various reasons and it's handy. Repayments are manageable and the support net work they have is great.

Great comes in handy on the of pay week wish was little more but still great
