everything is ok and the price is very good

My order showed up within four days and everything was included. The valve was relatively easy to install and has made my ballast system much more user friendly. I installed the valve the fill line to my starboard rear stack, which is our normal off-surf side. Now I fill the bow bag first with the valve and then switch to the starboard rear bag. Awesome upgrade and much easier than installing another pump to get the job done.

Delivery was on schedule. The propeller fit as it should. Felt performance improvement right away. The boat seemed to have more low end torque and got on plane much faster.

The only problem I had was to do with the shipping side of the purchase. It took over a month to get it and that isn’t what it said when I purchased it. There also was never any tracking info available to me. The shop app still says that it didn’t deliver. That is about all that could be better.

Things used to arrive MUCH faster. I placed this order on late Sunday night. On Monday it was "shipped" with USPS and only had to travel 170 miles from Bend, OR to Vancouver WA. However "shipped" meant that a label was created and USPS didn't take posession of the shipment until 4:45pm Tuesday. by Wednesday morning, it had only made it to Portland. On Wednesday afternoon it escaped Portland and was in Vancouver WA shortly thereafter. Thursday in the wee hours of the morning, it "arrived at hub" in Vancouver, but just sat there. Finally on Friday it went out for delivery and I received the item. In the past, I've had items from Wakemakers that made it to me in literally under 24 hours. But this time? 4 days.

Great price super fast shipping. WakeMakers always seems to have what I’m looking for.

0 star experience but won’t let me pick 0. I Ordered a wakesurf board off their site. Site said ready for shipping within 2-3 days. Days went by. Finally called them. Rep said board would be out by end of the week. I got a UPS label update via email saying UPS awaiting package. Week went by and still said that. Called them again. Was told they didn’t actually have the board. Some boards are being made still in Florida. Cancelled order. Rep said I would get an email showing it cancelled. Got an email asking me to rate my fullfilled order which it wasn’t. Called back and rep said they were waiting for Florida Co to confirm cancellation but would be 24-48 hrs. 2 days went by and I called back. Rep said it showed cancelled in their system but it still shows “paid” online and not cancelled. I had to contest charges and file a complaint. Wakemakers no longer responding to my emails. Do not buy from this company. If you do, all I can say is I warned you.
