Survey report was received shortly after it was carried out. It was comprehensive and clearly written. We spoke to Sandra with a couple of queries and she was most helpful and explained everything.

I had a level 3 survey done on a property I'm purchasing and the report I received was very thorough and detailed and will prove to be a valuable resource for years to come.

Simon, the surveyor, called me after he'd done the survey to take me through the main points he'd found and after receiving the report he also spent a good amount of time on the phone with me answering my questions, which as a first time buyer I really appreciated.

It was my buyer who instructed ‘Walker Dunn’ to carry out a survey on my property, I merely phoned to get a rough idea of what kind of time window I could expect the day before (I have elderly parents in hospital/or at home who need my care who live miles away).
I was spoken down to like a naughty schoolchild and that I would have been told they don’t give specific times ‘when I instructed them’, I obviously pointed out I didn’t, and also didn’t appreciate being spoken to in that manner.
The girl did apologise about how she came across (I suspect in anticipation of any complaint) and eventually did narrow the times down and tried to smooth things over, but why be so unhelpful and rude in the first place?

Spoke to a lovely lady called Caroline from ‘Walker Dunn’.
Two things, I don’t judge a company on when things are going right, I judge them on when things go wrong, and what they do about it, Caroline apologised on behalf of the lady concerned and on behalf of the company, the apology was genuine and sincere and I thank them for that.
The survey was carried out by a gentleman called Ed, who was thorough, professional, courteous and engaging (I hope he never loses that) so with all the above in mind I’m happy to change my review as I’d recommend Ed highly.

I was contacted by telephone from a recommendation from the estate agent. I chose the level 2 Homebuyer survey and was given a date for the survey to be carried out. The subsequent report following the survey was very detailed and I felt that the agent had been thorough in her inspection. I would recommend this estate agent.

Walker Dunn were recommended to me by an Estate Agent that I deal with frequently through work. I cannot fault the service I received and the communication was brilliant. The Surveyor called me with a summary following his visit of the property and the Report was produced within 24 hours. I will definitely recommend Walker Dunn to my family and friends if they are in need of a Survey.

It was really easy to organise our survey with Walker Dunn! Their responses were quick and everyone we spoke with was very friendly.

Really good experience. Although it took a little time from booking to get the survey done, they made up for it with a super quick turn around and we had the report within less than 24 hours. The report was really clear and the surveyor who wrote it up was really informative and helpful when I spoke to her on the phone. Great experience.

I made an appointment for my Home survey level 2 and valuation on November 13th. Walker Dunn made an appointment with the vendor for the survey on November 24th and got the report on November 27th. The report was very detailed and professionally recorded, which made me more precise. Great understanding of the status of the property I purchased and efficient and prompt service from Walker Dunn.
