Great product, takes a while to fit it but works great. I’d like to add a video on this review but I don’t think it’s possible. It’s now possible for my neighbor’s dog to go for a walk.

It’s been great, my pup is so happy to be able to go on walks again and it’s held up great so far.

Walkinpets was helpful and supportive in my search to improve the life of my dog, Champ. Champ is a big boy ( 75 lb) and I needed a harness that met his special needs. I needed a handle on top of the harness to assist my dog in getting up and down stairs and curbs. Also having a well placed attachment to connect leash to harness is important as the leash acts like reins on a horse; it really helped guide my dog who is pretty unstable. The company representative patiently listened to my problems and came up with a solution. Helping the dog, however, also means taking into consideration the needs of the owner. Many older dogs also have senior owners. While the harness worked for Champ, the clasp required more strength than I had in my fingers. I have trouble opening it. In addition, the clasp is made of plastic and doesn’t stand up well to the weight of my dog. Looking at other harnesses, I found that a metal clasp is smoother to open and can bear the weight of the dog. Overall, for large dogs the materials could be stronger. Also for some owners, getting the dogs rear legs into the back hoops is challenging. It requires good balance from both dog and owner.
I hope in sharing some of the issues I had, both the company and pet owners will have the additional information necessary to make this a successful experience.

I bought the mini wheels (B1 I believe) for my 6 pound Chihuahua. The straps that are used around the neck and chest area need to be longer for more adjustment options. The straps over my dog's neck and across his chest are at the very end, and sometimes come out of the buckles easily.
There also needs to be a wide over the back strap to be used as an option. My dog kept tipping forward because he is more heavy up front and has no use of his back legs. I improvised and used a small bungee cord to keep him in.
I have considered returning this, because I feel for the price that I paid, I shouldn't have these issues.
I am going to send an email to customer service to see if there are solutions to the above mentioned problems.
UPDATE: I emailed support and sent pictures, and they have sent me a harness that is one size up along with a belly support strap that can be used over my dog's back-all free of charge! THANK YOU Walkin' Pets Support!

Great price, I am using for cats. The one thing I do not like is the large gap in the food / water access doors.

Our WalkinPets Wheelchair has been the best move we’ve made for our dog since her Fibrocartaliginous Embolism ( FCE). We ended up amputating her left rear leg three months ago. Not an easy decision.
After considerable research we decided on WalkinPets and glad we did.

Bought a cheaper wheelchair than n Black Friday after using it a couple times it just didn’t work great. Did some research and found walking pets and ordered a new set me that has been amazing he loves it. Thanks so much.

I didn't receive the wheelchair until after my pet passed. So I never used it. The delivery service was difficult to deal with.

Customer service was provided when I found my original and asked for return and a refund. They were fast and helpful.

Very understanding team. First I purchased a chair that was seemingly a bit large. So the team willingly agreed to let me process an exchange for a smaller chair. Then in the middle of the exchange, my furbaby puffy passed away and no longer needed the chair. So the team gave me a full refund. And they acknowledged my deep loss for my pup of almost 15 years old.

It's great that the two wheel cart is easily transformed to a four wheel when needed by purchasing the front wheels! Quality cart with a wonderful easily to clean harness of tubing.

My dog is sooo happy he can go about again.

The ordering process was easy and the return was just as easy so I will do business with again.

The website was easy to navigate. There were a variety of items that are hard to find elsewhere. The process of ordering was also easy. Our order arrived on time and in good condition. The drag bag was a life changer.
And although we did not order the wheelchair directly from Walkinpets, we also have a wheelchair from you as well. The chair is well constructed and easy to get our dog into it. He absolutely loves it. It has given his spirit back.

I am disappointed with my walk-in pets wheelchair. The tires do not work on my grass so my dog’s physical therapist who recommended you originally tried to order new wheels which we thought would work on grass/all terrains. We ordered wrong size which I called about returning/getting right size only to learn they’re the exact same ones.
