Not the easiest transaction as I had to return the hoody as it was the wrong size - my miscalculation - but everything went so smoothly. I can not fault them.

We didnt get off to a great start when the delivery date of the item was around 10 days late meaning I missed the birthday of the person I brought it for. A good starting point would be to offer realistic delivery dates.
When the item finally arrived I was incredibly disappointed with the quality. For the £32 baseball cap I expected an embroidered image. However it looks like an iron on transfer that could be accidentally knocked or picked off with zero effort. They are selling cheap 'tat' at eye watering prices. Stay away. Very disappointed.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Email them every day asking where the order is (only part shipped). I notice they don't even respond here on trustpilot to defend themselves. That speaks volumes. Very rarely say this, but don't use them!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered a tee shirt paid £4.50 delivery on the 9th of October estimated delivery 13-17th of October no sign. No contact number. Went on completed a where's my order form to receive notification it being dispatched. Today went on to get tracking info to be told it should be with you by 22nd of November. Terrible service do not buy anything from this site.

I spent some of my birthday money on a Wallace and Gromit bag and top that I had been eyeing up for ages. I did after a few days start to get a tiny bit worried my order wasn't going to arrive but then my tracking was updated and I waited patiently and my order arrived today!
I have a to say that I LOVE my new bag and top!!! 💓 It doesn't look cheap or tacky it's amazing and I am so glad I bought these items now! The website kept me updated on my parcels journey so I can forgive the slow arrival. Overall wonderful merchandise and will definitely buy again!

Honestly, i think this is a scam company. i ordered on the 15th, estimated delivery was 18-22nd. its now the 24th and ive had no update, you cant contact them, they dont have an adress. Pretty much what scammers do. Dont throw your money away

I was initially put off by the previous reviews however I bit the bullet and ordered the item for my partners birthday. It arrived in a timely manner, tracking was accurate, item is good quality. Didn't have an issues, however the item didn't arrive in a bag, it was loose in the package therefore I removed a star.

Similar to other people's experience: I paid for express delivery 5 days ago (quoted delivery by today) but the status on their website says items are not even dispatched yet.

Paid £6 for express shipping, 5 days later the order is still not here. Online it says they haven't even dispatched it yet. So disappointed, going to cancel my order. Waste of money for "fast" delivery

Dispatch and delivery is terrible.

It took them 4 days for them to dispatch. This being after the start of their delivery window.

Do not use this company! Thought it was the official site and it’s not. Ordered 3 mugs and the printing quality is atrocious, I thought about returning for a refund but there is no address/contact number or email so highly unlikely I would get a refund or be able to track them down. I’m reporting them to Official Wallace and Gromit company as I don’t believe they would want their merchandise portrayed like this.

Dreadful quality tee shirt. Thinnest cotton I've ever seen. Logo printed on with that wierd plastic, which cracks and peels off in the wash. Cost £24 with delivery. Not even worth £5. Meant to be official merchandise. Returned immediately for a refund.
