It was a negative experience with Wall Mantra. Despite ordering three lamps in June 2023 with an expected quick delivery, it took over a month for them to arrive. Even worse, two out of the three lamps were damaged. The return process was a hassle, and I had to repeatedly request a refund, which took more than a month for them to realise that they haven’t refunded me. I am yet to receive their refund! Their 4.7-star rating on their website seems questionable based on my experience. I recommend avoiding this brand altogether.

Worst fraud Company, don't order anything from such scammers.i received broken product worth 6200, now customer care is unresponsive and noway to contact them...

I ordered High chair from WallMantra and it's defective. It is difficult to communicate with these people as they don't have any phone number. And whatsapp chatbot always give pre-filled messages.. I will suggest people to never go to buy anything from Wallmantra...

The customer service and the refund process of the company is worse. My return process took almost a month and the refund is still pending. They do not respond to the queries. Fraud Company , Do not Trust

Have got hanging lot with lot of follow up , finally with broken bulb , I can see their careless work when they are sending a fragile item

One of the worst experiences of my life. They just want to swindle you of your money. The customer service cannot be called and you have to only talk to them via emails which they don’t respond for 20 days. Even when they respond it’s like they haven’t even read your email. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM.

My order number 8307565, ( my name is Ravi Chadha, my mobile number is 98202 87156), was not delivered and neither was i given any communication about the same. No one picks up the customer service help line (amazing!) No one helps to find out what happened. I am struggling for weeks to figure out what to do next. The entire experience has been terrible. Am surprised that these guys are in business.
When an online shop behaves like this it destroys confidence in online shopping.
Am going to send them a legal notice. My order paid for already is Rs 23,550.

Fraudsters!!! I completely agree with all the other reviews posted regarding Wallmantra. Stay away from this site. I ordered a Om Shadow lamp on 1st July, still waiting for the product to get delivered after 3 weeks. Customer service os worst, you can't reach them at all. Planning to file a case in consumer court against Wallmantra.

I ordered Wall CLock for my house. After considerable delays, they delivered the product. TO my surprise, the product which I ordered was completely different. I called Customer care. they asked for details which we provided. After that no response. I sent emails to Customer Care. One Mt. Chaudhary replied asking for same details. Again we provided. There after I have sent repeated emails. No response. I feel completely cheated

This clearly shows how the Company operates and their intentions. I sincerely urge people not to shop from this website. I observed many such feedbacks. Unfortunately I did not see those before placing the order.

I have ordered bathroom cabinet of Rs8000/- on wallmantra on 1st jully but no shipment done yet. Tried to contact them on WhatsApp, emails or calling them but no human responded to me every time bot responds with templated answer and order situation is still same after 20 days of online payment in advance.

Ticket’s closed with out responce and request for refund also unanswered.

Communicating with to them feels like black hole ??

Once you get into their website prompted frequently by YouTube , they call you & respond courteously. One feels happy about the response & orders. After that they do not reply or take calls. You have no idea when the product will be delivered. One has to indefinitely wait praying. They never reply to WhatsApp queries ,once the order is placed.

this company seems to be a total fraud....i order two bar stools which never got despatched....they even sent me a feedback form for the material which never got despatched. even after numerous emails, the product has not been despatched. I guess the management should look into the matter seriously...

It all began with my initial order, WM8287154, where I placed an order for the Home Sweet Home Dark Brown Hanging Photo Frame - Large. However, to my dismay, I received a regular-sized photo frame instead of the one I had ordered. This error in fulfilling my order was the first sign of trouble.

I promptly reached out to their customer service, hoping for a swift resolution. They assured me that a replacement would be arranged and that the correct item would be sent to me. Despite their promises, the replacement process turned out to be a never-ending cycle of disappointment.

After a considerable delay, I finally received the replacement unit. However, to my utter surprise and disbelief, the replacement unit was, once again, the regular-sized photo frame. It was clear that the company had failed to rectify their mistake and had sent me the incorrect item for the second time. This negligence on their part left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of.

What added insult to injury was the fact that throughout this ordeal, the company continued to send me feedback forms via email. I found it utterly inappropriate and unprofessional that they were seeking feedback while my issue remained unresolved. It was evident that they were more focused on collecting positive feedback rather than addressing the problem at hand.

The series of errors, delays, and the complete disregard for my concerns have not only wasted my time and money but have also greatly diminished my trust in online shopping. This entire experience has left me deeply frustrated and has reinforced the importance of shopping from reputable and trustworthy websites.

In conclusion, my experiences with the Wall Mantra website can only be described as a complete failure on their part. Their repeated mistakes, lack of accountability, and insincere attempts at collecting feedback have shown a complete lack of professionalism and regard for customer satisfaction.

I strongly advise others against engaging with this website and caution them against placing their trust in their services. It is my hope that this detailed account will serve as a warning to potential customers and prompt the company to address their shortcomings and improve their practices.

I had ordered a chair for my home office of 16K from wallmanta, and I received it in a damaged and dirty condition. Same day I registered a complaint for a pickup & refund. The chair was picked up the very next day and it;s been 40 days, I have been following up for a refund and I have not yet received it. I get only one answer, that's it's in process. Never buy any product from the website, they don't care about their customers.

First there product posting has a wrong description on the website so be careful when they are ordering as they will never return once u have bought the product . i have been writing emails to them for returning the product these guys reply with copy paste template
I have been begging them to either to supply with exact product as described in their website or take it back
My requirement was a long floor lamp that is 84inches in height .but original product is 60 INches . for last 15 days i have been writing emails to them .
Their customer service sucks , phone does not connect, revert is once in 2 days . Becoz of some pathetic brands like them, entire Indian startups get a bad name.
Today i have a got a email saying it will take 14 days for the refund and then also they have not mentioned when will they collect the product . this is just to stretch time to a extent that you will frustrate.
Never ever buy or pay upfront to a startup buying from amazon is such a smooth and seamless
