Excellent quality and fast delivery. Would highly recommend this company.

I ordered a customized guess who as a present for my friend, the game itself all came as it should but the box was spoiled due the shoddy packaging it was delivered in. I was embarrassed to give this to my friend as I payed £35 for this, and it looked like a second hand box, one of my friends even asked me if I made it myself!

Ordered well in advance bc I saw other unhappy reviews. Took 1 week from order to delivery date! Tray looks gorgeous - not sharpest quality but pretty anyway!

Terrible company, avoid. Ordered item beginning of December and paid £15 shipping for express service. Item then sat in Spain for 3 weeks without moving arriving best part of a month later. This meant item couldn't be given as a gift and Wanapix failed to provide the express service stated. Contacted customer service only to be fobbed off and blame placed with their chosen delivery partner. If you want your gift to arrive in good time without being stung for insane postage costs then go somewhere else. Their customer service people are also unhelpful, happily quoting technicalities and small print that they seem to think absolves them of any blame. Try listening to your customers and giving something back instead of ignoring genuine issues with your poor service. GLS the delivery company they use is also evidently useless.

Quick update: customer service rep in touch to give a lengthy detailed description of why they're right and I'm wrong and that their shipping times are perfectly acceptable and it is no fault of theirs that it took a month to even arrive. Patronising and unhelpful staff clearly trained to protect profits over offering a quality service to customers. Awful.

They printed all in good time, then I waited, waited, waited and waited. My print stuck in their carriers for a ridiculous amount of time. Service destroyed by the almost 1 month to ship from Spain. The same day I ordered something from Holland, waited 3 days for it to turn up!

Easy to design and order. Item is of good quality. Takes a VERY LONG TIME to arrive, despite coming from Spain

As this was the first time i had shopped on this site i did not know what to expect. I ordered from Wanapix because it seemed it was the only place i could get this product. I received the item order No WO4361176 in the time span Wanapix said i would and the tracking was brilliant. When i received my bedside light with photo and text i was so pleased.I will be ordering again shotly.

Ordering process was really easy to use and arrived within the quoted timeframe; as soon as it entered the UK it basically arrived instantly!

The customization web app was preferable to alternative sites, as it allowed for more fine tuned movement of the individual items. You also get a simulated preview of your item in a real-world image, and I found that this was very much faithful to the end product. More zoom for the designer would be preferable, but the preview gives an up close shot which is close enough to use and work out if your designs will work. No other site I found offered much zooming in anyway, so this is the closest thing.

Ordered on 02/07, and it was produced, shipped (from Spain) and delivered by 11/07.

Please don't waste your money.
I've had my photobook less than a week and the magnetic button has come off. Not fit for purpose.
Wish I spent the extra and got a more expensive better quality one else where.

So disappointed.

Delighted with being able to customise my patches exactly how I needed them. Extremely quick to be shipped considering it was a customised item.

And arrived just in time for my dogs birthday 😊

I am digusted in this company do not buy from here especially if its a present i have order a present 20 days before Christmas and still have not recieved this and i know i wont as this is still in spain and tracking hasnt been update for days i have no contact details theres none who i can complain too i raised a email on there website and still nothing do not buy from here this has ruined my Christmas present and now its too late to get somthing personlised..

I ordered 6 x heart shaped fridge magnets and followed the instructions for attaching the photo (due to the shape). It was one photo that I uploaded.
There was a little wait, as the product is not made in the UK, but the quality was excellent and was just as described on the website. I was really pleased with the outcome.

Quality of the highest degree! Quick arrival & made my brother very happy at Christmas. Thank you.
