Terrible experience
This is the tracking number WNBAA0447747965YQ the item was ordered on the 22nd march the last update was on the 25 saying it had been processed at the shezen sorting centre then no updates at all now on the 9th April it has updated to say it was delivered on the 3rd of April but no package here this is really not ok it’s very annoying that my item has been marked as delivered 6 days after it supposedly was even though it never came

In a yr I have had about 30 packages shipped thru them, I have received exactly NONE. I finally figured out a month or so that the tracking information is false, the GPS map shows delivered to Kentucky!! This isn't a 1x issue, this is every single time they are the shipping company! I want to post office and it never went thru them!! They need to be held accountable and compensate every customer the ripped off!! I'm trying to find way to sue them. I have about 100 screen shots proving it!!
I thought sellers were innocent but happens too much and have tons of reviews stating they never received package delivered this them either!!

Unterirdischer Service. Kauf über Amazon. Über einen Monat auf die Ware gewartet. Vor 2 Tagen wurde die Sendung als zugestellt markiert. Es gab keine Info, bei wem oder wo zugestellt wurde -bei mir jedenfalls nicht.
Es gibt auch keine Info, mit welchem Paketdienst hier angeblich zugestellt wurde.
Jetzt habe ich Amazon eingeschaltet. Mal sehen, wie ich zu meinem Paket komme ...

Package not moving...
4/16 update - the reply is bogus. I sent screenshots even emailed the customer service department. Already confirmed with seller that she spoke with someone and they said the tracking number was removed from your system and someone took the package so it never got delivered. Unfortunately she had to resend the item through another company and said she will never use your service again. The 1 star reviews are not because you guys are great. It's because this is a consistent problem. *****
3/31 update - now package says delivered, but I do not have the package. Local post office say they do not have any packages with that ttracking number and no one can provide me with a proof of delivery photo or tracking from my local post office to see where the package is. Worst company ever.

I had no problem with the other courier and have had that package for a week, however my package with Wanbexpress has been "at the Chicago distribution center" since 3/22. Die Verbindung Amazon-Wanbexpress-GLS ist fatal
Die Verbindung Amazon-Wanbexpress- und was ich durch Recherche herausgefunden habe - GLS ist fatal.
Späte Lieferung: dann Info durch Amazon "Leider ist bei Wanbang Express ein Problem beim Zustellversuch aufgetreten. Der Transportdienst wird einen weiteren Zustellversuch unternehmen." - sechs! Tage später nachdem das Paket ohne irgendwelche Info an mich in einem GLS Paketshop abgegeben wurde. Nur durch Eigenrecherche habe ich herausgefunden dass GLS den Transport übernommen hatte. An GLS werde ich mich gar nicht mehr wenden, weil dort die Kritik von Kunden nicht erwünscht ist (Aussage bei meiner letzten Reklamation: "Auf eine Diskussion werde ich mich nicht einlassen,..") - na dann Gute Nacht

Ordered some items from Amazon
Ordered some items from Amazon, was informed it would take 7 to 12 days to be delivered, the date then changed, and then changed again, and now it says no date available, they decided to use Wanbang Express, Tracking ID: WNBAA0443953355YQ, somehow the package cleared customs prior to it arriving at the US facility of USPS (as stated by the tracking information provided), the tracking information continues to repeat that it has either left or arrived at one of the local facilities (without mentioning the location or any location at all). After contacting USPS they informed me that it was likely a scam, because they have not received any package with that tracking number or carrier/importer. It is now encroaching upon the one month mark, and my products have yet to arrive. Seems like USPS people were correct, this organization is a scam, based off all the one star reviews.
Update, seller has stopped posting tracking updates, and so has the shipping organization (Wanbang Express). Last update was three days ago, amazon has stated that if I don’t receive the order in 7 to 10 more days then I can receive a full refund. Additionally the seller is no longer listed as an authorized seller on Amazon, not like that sketchy at all!
I guess it took this many times of individuals not receiving their products for Amazon to finally figure out that the seller as well as the shipping organization are scams /shams.
Update on April 16, 2026 item still has not been delivered despite Wanbang express stating it has, seller has refused to respond to Amazon, and any request from myself, have gone as not able to be received because seller is no longer on Amazon marketplace. Wanbang did not send me any photographic evidence that my package was delivered. This place is a scam.
