Praarti, Senior Physiotherapist and specialist TMJ, has been excellent.

I started seeing Kirsty in January for two separate issues: chronic TMJ pain and a repeated hip stress injury. The relief and support I’ve received since then have been incredible.

For my TMJ, Kirsty has provided relief that I honestly couldn’t find anywhere else. She used dry needling, which gave me immense physical release, and provided a tailored set of exercises that allow me to manage the pain effectively on an ongoing basis. She is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely understands how to tackle complex jaw pain.

For my hip, she has been instrumental in helping me get back to running safely. She is incredibly attentive, taking the time to review every single strength exercise I do in the gym and suggesting specific variations to strengthen my glutes and hips.

I feel entirely supported in both my everyday comfort and my fitness goals. I cannot recommend Kirsty and the clinic highly enough to anyone looking for expert, dedicated care.

Was able to book with 24 hrs notice. Saw Steve for an ultrasound on my knee which was playing up before an event to cycle to Paris over 24hrs. Steve was kind, extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He diagnosed the issue quickly, and provided effective treatment immediately. My trip was saved, and I was able to complete the cycle, when I had all but written it off. Top notch service in every way.

We first met Steve back in 2010 and he has supported us in different ways ever since. Initially, my partner and I were looking for nutritional advice, as my husband has a form of arthritis and we wanted to explore ways to reduce reliance on medication. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always sharing practical and sustainable advice.

More recently, I worked with him on a number of marathon trainings - 4 to be exact - and this is where his physio expertise really stood out. Before putting any of my training plans together, he carried out a full in-person assessment, looking at flexibility, muscle strength and overall movement patterns.

This made a huge difference. The plans are never generic – they are always tailored specifically to me and my body at that time. It allows me to train consistently, avoid overtraining and, most importantly, reach the finish line feeling strong, confident and completely injury-free.

What I really value about Steve is his ability to combine deep knowledge with a very practical, realistic approach. You feel supported, understood and in very capable hands.

Before coming to Kirsty, I was struggling with knee pain that wasn’t getting better. I had been to two physios before, it just wasn’t going away. Kirsty really listened to me and figured out the root cause — and then after a few months the pain *finally* started to go away. She was super attentive and clear about what was happening. And now I’m finally back to running pain free! Highly recommend this physio.

I tried a few other physios that did not help with an injury I was carrying. However, Aadesh and Wandsworth Physiotherapy and Osteopathy were excellent, and quickly diagnosed and started treatment.

The service and treatment were excellent, and my wife and I both only go to Aadesh now.

I’ve been doing clinical Pilates classes with Shreya for several months now to help with my posture, strength and osteoporosis condition. The classes only have a few people so it almost feels like a private session as Shreya is able to tailor the exercises to individuals and adjust your body position as needed which you just don’t get in larger Pilates classes! I really enjoy these classes and Shreya is super lovely and encouraging. Highly recommend! :)

I started coming to this physio centre after suffering a back pain injury and it’s been a really positive experience from day one. Monika is an excellent physiotherapist: she’s attentive, patient and takes the time to clearly explain what’s causing the pain and how each exercise in my routine supports recovery.
Her attention to detail really stands out; she always makes sure I leave feeling loosened up and knot-free, which I truly appreciate.

Shreya is a magician. During recovery from a serious illness I went to Shreya for physio to help increase my strength and sort out issues that became worse during a long rest period. I’m feeling like myself again, I have a routine I stick to and have lost weight, which wasn’t my goal from physio but has additional health benefits.

I started visiting Prathri at the beginning of the year after an accident that damaged my hip and left me with significant pain and reduced mobility. From the very first session, she was incredibly careful and attentive, exploring different treatments to find what worked best for me. She guided me through the pain with patience and expertise, always adapting the approach to my progress.

Thanks to her dedication, I can now walk normally again. The pain has gone from being severe and constant to mild and only occasional. This improvement has genuinely changed my daily life.

Prathri is highly professional, always taking the time to explain what is happening in the body and how each exercise or technique will help. Her clear explanations and supportive attitude made the whole recovery process much easier and less intimidating.

Prarthi of this clinic is outstanding in both her hands on care and also the dedication to explain technical aspects when asked. This is quite rare given my long period of experience with physios from different sizes of clinics based in central London. I had knee pain and also lumber pain. Prarthi was the first physio that was willing/able to go through what the MRI scan report mean. Prarthi was able to administer different treatments such as physio acupuncture. I am left pain free with my 10 sessions with Prarthi. I understand what I can work on going forward to improve my conditions.
