So came across Wardrobe at the Cross online when looking for a particular brand of jeans...what was wonderful is the two owners show how the clothes look on themselves so that the customer is not just looking at models...although they look fab too!!!After purchasing I got a surprise phone call from Hil to discuss sizing so that I didnt slip up. I HAVE NEVER experienced this before! It felt such a personal service and was told to always ask for advice. I look forward to continued shopping with such a fabulous shop and team!

Fantastic online shop with a wonderful variety of different brands. I really cannot praise the service from Hil and Sue enough. They are always so friendly and more than happy to help with sizing, fit and styling advice.

I only wish I lived closer so that I could visit the boutique in Neston, on the Cheshire/Wirral border. I’m actually around 150 miles away, but shopping with them genuinely feels like having your own personal shopper experience!

The service is exceptional, and I would highly recommend them.

What can I say, this wonderful boutique in the heart of Neston is made even more special by the lovely Hil and Sue who run Wardrobe at the Cross. I have bought many beautiful pieces of clothing and accessories over the years from here. You will find brands that are a bit different, lots of lovely scandi brands as well which are high quality and not your usual run of the mill high street offerings. Shopping here is an uplifting existence. The customer service Sue and Hil deliver is also always warm, friendly, honest and personalised. Don’t hesitate to pay this wonderful independent boutique a visit.

Great communication. Loved the gold top but it was too big for me sadly and they hadn’t got a smaller one unfortunately. No problem with the return at all.
