Shouldn't give even one star. I purchased sunglasses which was buy one get one free. Received one pair so got in touch they said I don't qualify for the discount and I've to order another pair to get it what a joke. Their email was UK but shipped from the States

Wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Ordered and paid with ApplePay because I thought the company was within the UK. Nothing received - no response to emails. Something should be done to stop these bogus companies from advertising. They are rubbish.

Placed an order which hasn't arrived. The tracking number doesn't exist so please stay away from this site.

Avoid at all costs...... False advertising. ZERO communication. It's a massive con... You think it's UK.. It's not.... China rubbish..... Can't get money back or return if you try..... Never again!!

Avoid at all costs. Items are absolute junk. Received the RFID wallet. Cheap junk and basically does not work. Delivery took 1 month. Will never buy from them again. Returns policy page does not load.

Oh how I wished I had read the reviews before buying some linen tops. Even though I went with their size guide the tops were slightly too small and did not suit me at all. No refund whatsoever! They have my money and are keeping it. Do not buy anything from them.

Goods seem OK, but arrived after Christmas. Took over a month to arrive, its not clear they come via surface mail from China

I ordered the funny finger painting book with 12 colour paint wheel. I paid £16.98. It's truly awful. I wasn't aware until my order went through that it was coming from China. It took an age to arrive and when it did, the paint was leaking out of the wheel. Even if it had been in good condition on arrival it certainly is not worth the money - and it was billed as half price!

I ordered an item from this company, it arrived fairly quickly and was well protected during posting but it did not work, I contacted them and asked for a refund, their reply was...

That leaves me with a useless item and out of pocket.

unable to make contact informing the police and trading standards

All good, ordered from site and goods arrived as promised. saw bad reviews after placing order, but mine turned up no problem.

2TB SSD Device took 30 days to arrive from China and appeared to work at first, but in fact would not load or retrieve data beyond a little over 61GB.

The Case Continues
The email address quoted on invoice could not be found by my emailer (BT). There is a different address on Paypal and I have had a reply through Paypal offering only a 50% refund 'because of covid'.

If I could give no stars I would. ordered 2 gnomes as a jokey present for my husband. Waited over 5 weeks. Received today, joke on me, I need a magnifying glass to see them 2 inches high. ..avoid at all costs!!!!

I purchased a 2TB SSD drive. When it arrived it didn’t work. I’ve complained to Warmday and heard nothing in return. I’ve now filed a chargeback request with PayPal.
It’s high time there was a minus star on Trustpilot for companies that give poor service.
Warmday market themselves on Facebook. You know those annoying ads for products that look useful. My advice is avoid this company like the plague.

I ordered 2 Portable SSD drives from Warmday. They arrived in reasonable time but they don't work. Now they suggest that I should keep them and they will refund me 20% of the purchase price. Sounds like theft to me and this company should be banned from doing business.

If there was a minus star for this company I would apply it. Ordered something over two weeks ago and still not delivered. They can't or won't tell when delivery is due and have given me a tracking number that doesn't track. Their emails are elusive. DO NOT USE THEM!

Avoid at all costs! Ordered an rfd wallet and it couldn`t be of cheaper quality if it tried!
