Warren is very patient and helped me as an anxious person I was made comfortable & at ease, highly recommend 👌🏻

Done a few sessions with Warren. Found it really helpful, each time I went I felt much better it was like a weight off my shoulders. He was very easy to talk to and he gave me a few tips and tricks to use when I’m anxious which I now use on the daily. I feel 100 times better now than I did before the sessions so I would definitely recommend to other people to give it a try if they feel it would help.

I visited Warren with a serious issue that was life limiting and debilitating. Normal daily activities were becoming increasingly more difficult, and I was starting to avoid them. I thought no one would be able to help and doubted that he could. Warren told me he thought he could help fix the issue in three sessions. I personally thought he couldn’t, as it had been ongoing from 2016, and I thought I would never be rid of it. After the first session I noticed a slight improvement, but still thought it wasn’t going to work. After the second session I had hope. The third session came about 3 weeks later, and I left feeling great. It worked and my life has changed. I owe a debt of gratitude to you, Warren, and cannot thank you enough. Would I recommend you? Hell yes.

I attended Warren York Hypnotherapy, on the 16th March 2026 ,on recommendation from a third party to stop smoking. I found the whole experience very pleasant and Warren, very easy to talk to. I am now 10wks of the cigarettes and appreciate all of his expertise to get me to this point.

Warren made me feel very comfortable from the get go. He was easy to talk to and had a very positive effect. I was very skeptical at the start, but through his approach and methods, changed my apprehension into optisim.

Warren is amazing. I have been to him myself and I now have my 17year old daughter attending. Warren makes you feel at ease straight away and is very knowledgeable. He has a very calming presence and is so easy to talk to. It's not easy to get my daughter to talk to anyone and she is happy to return to Warren which speaks volumes. I highly recommend Warren - if your debating whether to book an appointment or not, just do it - you won't regret it.

I have learned techniques for calming my nervous system which are highly effective in a quiet comfortable space. Warren has demonstrated that he is extremely knowledgeable in how stress affects the mind and the mind body connection and his help and guidance help me to manage my FND diagnosis.

I visited Warren with a particular stress/phobia I had with regard to an upcoming medical procedure. In a series of 3 sessions, Warren equipped me not only with strategies to confront my fear but in meaningful discussion helped me view and recalibrate my unhelpful thoughts enabling me to move forward. I went to see Warren with a number of different issues and problems. I can truthfully say he helped me enormously. I am now happier and much more motivated to accomplish what I want and need to do. I have slept peacefully for the first time in years and I am nowhere near as stressed. No matter what it is you need help with I would not hesitate to recommend Warren. Warren is totally professional while being pleasant approachable and totally understanding.

I’ve had 3 face-to-face sessions with Warren, as well as using his videos. Although he was recommended by a trusted close friend, I must admit I was a tad sceptical prior to my first visit. That almost immediately disappeared and I was quickly drawn in by THAT mesmerising voice and his gentle manner. Warren is highly empathetic and manages the tricky balancing act of asking probing questions without being intrusive.

My experience with Warren was so positive. After one session he helped me with a fear which had been really holding me back in my sport. I felt safe the whole time and came away from it feeling so calm and relaxed. I still use Warren's free downloads today when I need help sleeping.
