No date or time provided for the return collection. Said they would be contact but no call from them.

The skip arrived on time. The driver was very helpful and took time positioning it just where it need to be. The driver was also very friendly. Waste Online were competitive on price too!

Really easy to use website - lots of helpful information and such a quick and easy booking/payment process. We've used WasteOnline twice now and each time they have delivered and collected on time, there has been no issues, good/clear communication and additional information provided via email. I would highly recommend.

The skip came on time, competive prices . Also the receptionist was lovely to talk to when she took the order.I needed the skip longer than I originally said and this was no problem with no extra cost within a 2 week period.

Would have been 5 stars however the communication was poor no phone call, but it was an excellent service

service provided was excellent, the price was the best I could get in the area (and I tried lots of places!). They were clear about the price with everything included e.g. VAT unlike others I tried. Delivery and collections were arranged, I did have one issue with collection not happening on the day it was supposed to by the third party, but when I called WasteOnline it was resolved that day.

I was supposed to receive a call before delivery, which never happened. Arrived here didn't even address me. Was just about to plonk this 12yd tin infront of my main door. We I tried to tell.Was arguing and not only address my neighbour as if I wasn't standing in front of him even though I'm the client, despicable,disgusting delivery, I've ever had. The most racist,sexcisist thing I've ever seen. Delivered a skip with a hole in it. Tried to mention this, to this and extremely disrespected
My neighbours couldn't even believe such nonsense. If this is the kind your company works with! I question the broker. Disgusted
If you haven't received what you where looking for in Belfast, is not my problem. This is my money not the council. Show respect or leave your job. Simple as that.
Despicable

I ordered a skip online, was then told that the days I wanted couldn't be matched so I asked for them to drop it on the Monday and asked if it could be removed within 1-2 days so it would be removed by the Thursday morning as I needed access for a transporter to remove a car. They agreed to this and said it wasn't a problem they could do this. Needless to say that this did not happen. After numerous phone calls and being told that it would be removed, it stayed for a full week. I wouldn't have bothered with this company if they had said this at the time of booking, but they didn't. Be aware that you aren't dealing with them direct and have to go through their agent. Waste online should be called 'waste of time'.
