Excellent service time and time again. The very few issues I have had have been resolved immediately, could recommend enough.

Very good service all round
Very good service all round! Linda, Eva and Alice have all been very helpful. Even the couple of small problems I have had, have been sorted out very quickly.
Watches come well packed and in very good order.
The only little negative is the shipping takes a while, so order early.

Outstanding Customer Support
Recently, I made an order through watchdistribution.co.uk which was delivered to me within the time frame stated on the website. Unfortunately soon after delivery I encountered an unexpected financial crisis, so I decided to return the shipment I had just received and ask for a refund. I reached out to the customer service of watchdistribution.co.uk through email and I was served by Linda who was extremely professional and helpful. She tolerated all my lengthy email messages and addressed all the points I had raised tirelessly one by one. She guided me all the way through the return process as well as the refund procedure. She communicated with me almost every working day until I got a full refund into my bank account. It was a lengthy process but Linda never lost patience or interest. It is by far the best customer support I ever had. So, doing business with watchdistribution.co.uk is a wise thing to consider knowing that you will get an excellent support and customer care in case you ever needed it.

Don’t bother!!
Don’t bother!!! if your a retailer keep your money and spend it on something els . I ordered watches months ago still haven’t received my order , this company is not based in uk ,it’s based in honkong . There head office is somewhere els , I don’t think I’m getting my money back as it’s a bank transfer . I think it’s very dishonest by making you think they are based in uk . Your not going to grow your company nor you are going to get your goods.They don’t have many watches in stock , they replace them with what ever is available. Don’t go by the reviews ! It’s all fake .

Shipping:

Please know that as a wholesale supplier we process large orders around the clock, so the stock is constantly changing.
We offer 3 easy options to handle OOS cases:
1. Replacing OOS items with available models from your order;
2. Replacing OOS items with particular models specified by you in the comments;
3. The value of the OOS items is provided as store credit with a coupon code.

Refund:
The first part of your order already has been received by you – 10 models.
