why would you ask for a review when hi don’t even get my order or even update about my order hi make over a week ago.you need to send me some updates about my order and tracking number

No issues with the order and it was delivered in a timely manner.

It was just the watch I was looking for, the price and the shipping were good, too.

Watches.com gave me a coupon code that saved me over $50 on the watch I was looking to buy. Not only did they save me money on the watch, the shipping was fast, packaging was impecable and the ability to track my order was easy. I will be doing business with Watches.com again and again for all my time piece needs and wants.

Your company is trustworthy and always on time. Orders arrive when stated and prices are reasonable, or I would purchase elsewhere.

Ordering was straightforward - no issues. Watch was as described, and came in a really cool box. Delivery was smooth and timely.

I bought 3 watches in 2 styles. Services and information were very good through out the process. This is the first time I experience a Cadola. Designs are superb and I love the automatic movements with these watches. Definitely a well balanced aesthetics and values.

The deliver was great didn't take that long to receive

Stay as far away as humanly possible. The prices may be good but the customer service is abhorrent. Whatever you save you'll spend in your sanity. Better to pay $20+ to purchase literally anywhere else.

I asked clearly to cancel the first order. I emailed, as requested and directed by Watches.com. Here is the text of that request, written by my son: "
Can I cancel my recent order? I was trying to use a promo code but it failed and checked out without realizing."

I just checked my emails again and both orders were placed--with different items--within two minutes of each other, while I was talking to chat support!! Not only is Watches.com fighting with me about missing the cancellation; they even messed up the orders! I would literally BUY FROM ANYWHERE ELSE before doing business with this place ever again.

That seems fairly clear to me--and was confirmed by chat.

The ordering process was easy and I appreciate the discount coupons. However the watches I ordered looks like cheap watch (it's likely why the cost is a bargain) compares to the watches I ordered from other watch stores and manufacturer. There's a chance I might order again as long as I get great discounts.

great and unique watches at a great price

The watch I ordered arrived in terrible condition. It would not work in the crown was rusted and fell out. Inside the jewel, it appears the lumens were either melted from high heat or subject to water damage. When the watch was shipped, it obviously was not inspected. My guess was this was old Stock and ASAP in either a high heat environment or high humidity environment for years I have heard not heard back from my request for a refund yet. The watch was shipped quickly in the packaging appeared new but the watch was a terrible condition. Ther company offered a replacement and I responded but they said they did not receive my response. happy to give a positive review if resolved.

I had already bought three watches from this website.

I saw another watch advertised in one of their Facebook newsfeed ads, one that I had been thinking about. Decided to go for it when I saw the ad offered a nice discount code.

But when I tried the discount at checkout, the code didn’t work.

I followed up with the company. First they ignored my emails. I finally got them on the phone, but ultimately they refused to honor the terms of their own advertisement. They claimed the advertisement contained a mistake.

Whether the deception was intentional or not, I don’t care to do business with companies who don’t honor their own published promotions. I won’t be buying any more watches from watches.com.
