Très mauvaise expérience avec Watches World .
J’ai effectué un virement de 22 900 € pour l’achat d’une montre. Le virement a bien été débité de mon compte et confirmé par ma banque, mais à ce jour, plusieurs mois plus tard, il est toujours impossible de récupérer les fonds.
Ma conseillère bancaire BNP:
confirment qu’à la lecture de leur outil de traçage des virements internationaux, ils constatent que les fonds sont en banque bénéficiaire depuis le 02/10/2025 et au crédit du compte bénéficiaire en date de ce même jour le 02/10/2025 sous la REF : GMT5100200041331.
transmis à plusieurs reprises les preuves du virement,
confirmé l’encaissement des fonds par la banque destinataire,
initié une demande officielle de retour des fonds, conformément à vos indications,
joint l’ensemble des références, justificatifs et numéros de suivi nécessaires aux échanges interbancaires.
Malgré de nombreuses démarches côté bancaire (preuves SEPZ PCT, demandes officielles de retour des fonds), la situation n’est toujours pas résolue.
Voici les La référence de cette demande vous a d’ailleurs été communiquée (référence UETR : a4cf7da4-1ead-4d88-a633-bcd565ab9f49).
Une somme aussi importante bloquée aussi longtemps est inacceptable.
Je partage mon expérience afin d’alerter les futurs acheteurs. et j'ai également l'échange avec vos équipes qui attestent de la véracité du sujet.

Sencillamente una estafa, compré el primer reloj hace un año, todavía no lo he recibido.
Más tarde, recibí una oferta de un descuento comprando varios relojes en septiembre y aun no he recibido los relojes ni el dinero.
Por otro lado, en su plataforma tienen puesto un enlace para contacto pero en el no figura modo alguno de contactar.
He reclamado varias veces los artículos a un correo que de vez en cuando me mandan ofertas y no me han contestado nunca.
