Wenn es ein Problem gibt, erfolgt sofort eine Reaktion. Sogar am selben Tag. Heute hatte ich ein Problem mit einer doppelten Abbuchung bei PayPal, die Antwort und von PayPal bestätigte Rückbuchung erfolgte heute Abend um 22:30 Uhr. Bei einem Problem mit meiner vorherigen Bestellung wurde das auch am selben Tag gelöst. Also: was will man mehr an Kundenservice?

Achat d’un bracelet à 300 €, après avoir demandé confirmation que la taille était la bonne. On m’a assuré qu’il convenait pour un poignet de 15,5 cm à 17 cm, sachant que le mien fait 16,5.
En retirant des maillons, je me rends compte qu’il est beaucoup trop grand. Je les contacte : on me répond alors que la taille est correcte et que, de toute façon, puisque j’ai ajusté le bracelet, je ne peux plus le retourner.

I ordered watch straps from WatchStyle for £304.53 including shipping to the UK. After dispatch, I was required to pay a further £93 to DHL for import VAT, duty and clearance fees before delivery. At no point during checkout was it clearly explained that UK customers could face substantial additional charges on arrival.

I understand that these fees are set by HMRC and DHL. However, the issue is not who charges them, but the lack of upfront clarity around the total landed cost. By the time the charges appeared, the order was already in transit and there was no meaningful choice left.

Customer service was also very poor. When I politely asked for a delivery timing update, I received the response “Are you able to read your order?” This came across as rude and unnecessary. When I later queried the unexpected import charges, the reply was defensive and focused on warning me about how reviews should be written, rather than addressing the underlying issue.

The overall experience was disappointing. A combination of unclear pricing for UK customers and an unfriendly attitude makes this hard to recommend. UK buyers should be aware that additional import and courier fees may apply well, well beyond the advertised price.

I returned the metal watch band as instructed, but since then I’ve had no response at all from the company. It’s now been quite a while and I’m still waiting for my refund.
Customer service does not reply to emails, and there is zero transparency about the status of my return. Very disappointing experience – I just want my money back.

Company shipped the wrong product then attempted to have me return with a standard postage mail envelope for over $200 item. They then proceeded to refuse to refund the cost of return shipping after they provided little to no instruction about how to return the product to their third party manufacturer. They were extremely condescending and uncooperative via email all the way up to the company owner Michael

My daughter bought for me a strap for my Rolex watch. The strap does not fit, their website I ordered the strap clearly states that the strap is for Rolex GMT Master. In short the original pins on my Rolex GMT do not fit in the strap and the pins supplied do not fit the watch. Their website is misleading. After writing to them they refused to solve the problem. Terrible service, I would not recommend using the 'company'. Robin.

Achtung! Wollte Armband 20mm gegen 22mm umtauschen. Es wäre angeblich eine Sonderanfertigung . Sollte Bild mit Lineal schicken. Dies wurde gegen mich verwendet. Wollte nur tauschen aber stattdessen wurde ich ausgelacht und sollte ein neues kaufen. Liegt jetzt beim Anwalt. Habe nie eine Sonderanfertibeszellt. Völliger Quatsch! Passt bitte auf! .

I ordered a high end strap from them. 10 days into order and 9 days after it shipped I still did not receive the strap. It is retained by customs in the country of origin. I contacted Watchstrap with 3 consecutive emails since they provide no other alternative to be contacted and requested them to liaise with the shipper to see if any clarification was required by customs. The replied to my second email and literally said, if I can’t wait I should contact DHL myself and sort it out. I had done this of course before contacting them, but DHL said that it should be up to Watchstyle to contact DHL Germany and provide whatever information is needed. I sent a third and last message to Watchstyle but they ignored sofar.
Their customer service is one of the worst I have experienced. For 200 EUR+ watch strap they should consider doing some efforts to ensure it gets delivered to the customer.
As I write this review the strap is still stuck in Germany and they did not answer my latest request to have this either solved or the delivery to be cancelled.
Just take into consideration their customer service if buying from them.

So some things have to be said I feel like, because they really annoy me. First of all, is people rating delivery. Something a retailer, is not really responsible for in my eyes.

Yeah, you have a contract with the retailer, who is somewhat responsible for delivery as well blablabla, but it is simply not the same company that does it and I don't feel it's fair to break retailers' balls, only because you got unlucky with delivery. Mine was absolutely fine by the way, but even if I had gotten unlucky, I still would've given this company 5 stars, because I am not a petty idiot. :)

I had some problems with one of the watch bracelets I received. Apart from having defective endlinks, the quality overall was really bad for the price I paid. Especially the clasp was just not acceptable for 90 bucks. It was an Eichmüller watch strap, once again, something another company is really responsible for.

So why the 5 stars you are asking? Because they listened to me, gave me quick responses and reimbursed my money rather swiftly after I had send the bracelet back. Yes they are not the most charming when communicating, but they are German. Anybody who knows anything about Germans knows, that they are not here to please you or make you smile. They are here to take care of business and in my case they very much did, and I thank them for it.

Please people, be as reasonable and just with the company, as they have been with me.

WARNING: This is a scam company. I ordered, and paid for, a wrist band on 10th of June. I still have not recieved my order.

Watchstyle won’t return my emails about refund.

I have now submitted an official legal complaint via the European Union.

It’s a scam company. Never got my order, they don’t answer mail, they don’t answer the phone, only a voice mail ( I even got blocked - tried to call from a secret number and reached the voice mail again).
