Fabulous all the way through!
Very friendly staff. I had two moles removed. Procedure was thoroughly explained and talked through. I felt in safe hands and listened to. After care was recommended and a follow up with results of excision is an extra step you don’t get elsewhere. Would reccomend.

On my arrival the reception team were very friendly and warm. Even though I arrived slightly early I wasn’t kept waiting as Mr Kazem Nassar greeted me. His caring manner and patience in listening to my concerns made me feel calm.
Dr Ben Aldridge very thoroughly explained his diagnosis. I was not rushed and I left the hospital feeling majorly reassured about my skin lesion and with the confidence to get back in touch if I had any more dermatological concerns.
I have already recommended the hospital to two friends.

After a long time deciding I would spend a lot of money on something which has got me down for many years, I felt totally deflated following my consultation. I do not expect to look like I did in my 20's and did have realistic expectations, but I got the impression that the surgery would not make that much difference and the Consultant kept asking what are my expectations. I did not feel inspired by the Consultant and there was no real friendliness in her approach.
